Food was ok. We ordered burger with tator tot, a grilled cheese and onion ring. There was really nothing special about it. Fir the price i was expecting a little more flavor. Service was friendly, however the tables were sticky, and they just opened.

The 1 star rating has nothing to do with their food. This place closes at 8, even though the Google listing says 9. If you call them they use an automated ordering system which sucks, and when you ask for a representative you don't even talk to anyone at the actual location.

Love this place, food is amazing and love how you can customize you food and it is made in front of you. Normally a little busy around dinner time but worth the wait. Definitely a go to for me.Kid-friendliness: Definitely has plenty of options foe the kids and the portions sizes are great too.

We have come here in the past and the food was ok if you want a greasy hamburger. This is your place. Today 01/21/2024 the food was horrible, and the milk shake was made with something other than ice cream. It tasted like spoiled milk. I know they are very busy, but you need to great your customers and have a much better attitude when dealing with individuals. My girlfriend keeps me in my place, or I would have walked out. We will not be going back.

1/4 of the way through my Impossible Burger, I noticed something blue. I pulled out a piece of the gloves they wear. I may have eaten some of it. The owner calmly took it from me, no apology given. When I realized he was going to make me a new one, I took the receipt and told him I didn't want a new one. He gave my money back for the burger and again, no apology. He said "Thank you, come again." He should have refunded our entire order, as I also told him my daughter's bacon was so thin and nothing but uncooked fat so she removed it. The cheese on both our burgers was processed cheese and not melted. We used to come often, but since the owner changed, it's not been good and we won't be back. Pottstown, PA location.

Walked in and was not greeted at all. Staff seemed super busy and overwhelmed with orders. I was not sure how to order and waited for someone, and gave up and saw their self check out kiosk, so I used it. I was not given a time on how long it would take to complete. No direction and just annoyed because of it. They do keep busy because I always see people in and out of this spot. Staff seem pretty cranky and annoyed with each other. Not a comfortable dine in experience. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and large fries. The fries were okay, but their grilled sandwich was very good. The service and environment will not bring me or my family back.
