Walked in and was not greeted at all. Staff seemed super busy and overwhelmed with orders. I was not sure how to order and waited for someone, and gave up and saw their self check out kiosk, so I used it. I was not given a time on how long it would take to complete. No direction and just annoyed because of it. They do keep busy because I always see people in and out of this spot. Staff seem pretty cranky and annoyed with each other. Love this place, food is amazing and love how you can customize you food and it is made in front of you. Normally a little busy around dinner time but worth the wait. Definitely a go to for me.Kid-friendliness: Definitely has plenty of options foe the kids and the portions sizes are great too.
