Well, it's not the best experience by far. The person who took my order couldn't even respond when I greeted her nicely. The food was barely warm. The place was very dirty. Maybe they had a full house right before I got there? Anyway, it'll be a while IF I go back to this

Most of my experiences here have been positive. The drive-thru staff are friendly and helpful. Anytime I have a question about the menu, they do their best to give me a thoughtful answer.I'm usually on my way home, so I haven't gone inside yet. Just drive thru.

I've been told they're working on fixing issues. That's totally fine. But ordering is still getting messed up. Even mobile orders. Unfortunately this is every time we order at this location. How hard is it to look at the screen that says "Bacon Double Stack" and make sure it has bacon? Yet the other one we ordered was fine.... They even added the mayo we asked for.
