The famous egg quiche is AWESOME. Also highly reccomend the Cheesesteak breakfast skillet. I get it everytime. Steve and Steph (owners) are incredible people.

I'm giving a four star, because Yelp doesn't allow half stars, and I don't think a 3 is fair. My girlfriend has a work from home job, and when there are catered lunches at the firm, she gets a Door Dash credit... so we had Cloud 9 for lunch today. So , fully disclosure I have no idea how the staff, atmosphere or ambiance is. We ordered a Caesar Salad, a Reuben, and a Turkey BLT. The Turkey BLT I'm told is awesome. The Reuben was awesome. The Caesar was .... It was romaine lettuce, cheese, croutons and a packet of Ken's. I'd say check them out, but something as simple as homemade chips, or putting the dressing in a cup to make it look like your own....they don't do it.

I ordered online on New Year's Day thinking it was open. Normally if a business is closed you shouldn't be able to place an order online. My order went through and never received it. I called the next day and I was told that the order would be cancelled and I wouldn't be charged. I look this morning and of course the charge is on my credit card. I called again today to let them know and the lady that answered told me she would have her boss call me back. I never received a call back from the boss. While I did like the food I don't think I will be going to order again from this place. I put a dispute on this transaction with my credit card.

I used Cloud 9 Cafe for a holiday meal at Walmart and it was delicious. The whole process, from start to finish, was easy. Our associates loved the food and are raving about it. I will definitely use Cloud 9 Cafe again!

We stop there occasionally for breakfast when going to Dr appointments in that area.

Preordered a breakfast burrito and tots through mobile app. Got it back to my job and the burrito was burnt. I still ate it but was very disappointed. So I left my feedback through the app (toast takeout). Within an hour, the owner had refunded my money and wrote me a personal email apologizing for the burnt burrito. I was very humbled by that and would not hesitate to return to this establishment again. I really appreciate that they took the time to make it right, which is so few and far between these days.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants we have ever eaten in. My colleagues and I were there for a business luncheon. Everything from floors to tables to the restrooms. Two of us felt sick later in the day. The service is horrendous, and then you have to put away your dishes! We are not returning, and I suggest you don't go there in the first place.
