We have lived in Reading for 3 years. We were especially surprised with the sheer quality and authenticity in their food. Our go to is the Seafood Noodle Soup with Chicken Wings and Crab Rangoon. The soup is incredibly clean and the portion is so plentiful. Their wings are probably the best Chinese restaurant wings I've had. Fortune Cafe makes the best Chinese in Berks County in my opinion. I have never had a disappointing experience with their food or service. Regarding their customer service, it has to be more pleasant and consistent than some of the finer dining in the area. Truly a well-rounded experience every time I go there. The best Chinese food in town. All the others are not good compared to this. Sit down and have a meal here. It’s way better. Don’t order it delivery or pick up. Come inside and enjoy. The place is clean and friendly.
