I love dunkin but they were short handed at the time drive thru was backed up and other people in the store. It took 15-20 min to just get my coffee I could see the guy was frustrated behind the counter but you still can't be rude to customers.
I know it's summertime but when you put a donut in somebody's bag that they didn't even order and all the icing just melts off in the bottom of the bag there's just something to say about that. I grew up working in Dunkin' donuts and my mother still does and I can tell you that owner would never allow that to happen.

This is my choice for coffee, hands down. It's more budget friendly than some other places, smooth, hot and they always get it right. The egg white omelet bites are amazing, and the relatively new croissant stuffer is a revelation!
