Sunday night I was waiting in line for icecream I witness what I assume to be a manager yelling and cursing at an employee. The older man was beyond unprofessional! Doesn’t matter what title you have you don’t talk to anyone in that matter . The young girl seemed very upset but still kept her professionalism. I truly feel bad for her and that rude guy should be fired, who would want to work in such a toxic environment.

My family and I love going to this location. Everyone is super friendly. Its quiet and peaceful. Very clean. The food is amazing. Highly recommend coming here.
Ice cream is the best! Service and food not so good. It is never busy and the service is slow. We had to ask for beverage refills. When we got the bill they wanted up to tip on the specials and tax screw that! You NEVER tip on the tax. You are not earning that money. Not going back. I’ll get the ice cream from the grocery store.

It's sad, really, once great now on its way out. Last one left in Berks county and obviously on life support. The clam chowder and chocolate shake were still good everything else was meh and not worth the price. We will miss you.
