On a spur of the moment trip into Reading we had dinner at HOJD , and I was quite surprised, it was very good !! A couple next to us had the 3 hour advance notice J*** Red Snapper which looked amazing reminding me of the whole fish meals I have in Hawaii. I had chicken and curry which was good but I would have preferred the curry to he a little more spicy. Hip decor, great food, and a friendly welcoming atmosphere. don't be fooled by the outside - the inside has the atmosphere of a hip foodie place in Brooklyn and has the food to back it up. This is a great find and restaurant for the city of Reading. I'd give the food more than five stars if that was an option on yelp!!!

Everything about this place is amazing. Go for the food and stay for the friendly staff. Or go for the staff and enjoy the incredible food. Either way you win. I don't think I've ever enjoyed so many crisp, distinct, fresh flavors paired together as well as at HOJD.
