We usually have no complaints with Red Robin, but this time, my husband and I went in because my husband was going to get his "birthday burger." He ordered the bacon double cheeseburger. His burger had no bacon on it! We were a bit disappointed this time. Maybe we should have said something, but we didn't.

So my mom and I ate here tonight. The food was ok but our waitress had a major attitude problem. I don't remember her name she had blonde hair in a pony tail and glasses. We ordered an appetizer and it came out pretty quickly which was good. We waited around a half hour for our food. It wasn't super busy and we didn't get anything crazy just burgers and fries. So our waitress was walking by and I stopped her. I asked her pretty politely hey is their any update on our food? She got really annoyed and was very sassy. She basically said it'll be out shortly it's pretty busy tonight as you can see. Again it wasn't super busy I mean yeah definitely more busy then say if you went in the afternoon but as far as I could see everyone either had their food or hadn't ordered yet so I don't know what was taking so long. So basically she just got really sassy for no reason. I understand she can't control when the food comes out. I used to work in the food industry too I know how it works. However, I don't see why she couldn't have said something along the lines of hey I'm sorry it's taking a bit longer then expected. It should be out shortly if you want I can go check on it for you? That would've been perfectly fine but instead she got sassy with us. My burger was ok I ordered it medium honestly it was probably a little under medium but not the end of the world. My mom ordered hers well done and again it wasn't quite well done. It wasn't the end of the world but we were a bit disappointed with the service and food.

I ordered a particular burger and one of the key ingredients that made it a unique burger was not available.instead of dropping the price when without that ingredient it became a plain cheeseburger they charged me full price anyway.tge food was not that great.i had higher expectations for this establishment so I was very disappointed.
Red Robin in Exeter is great restaurant. I have been here a few times and food is always fresh! Great service and courteous staff. Thank you!

Wednesday March 6th 2024Came for kids night. It ends at 8. We got there at 7 & they tried to say we were there too late for kids night. No balloons. Waitress tried not to give us our sundaes. Service was SLOW.Worst part was, I have celiac disease and this location GLUTENED me. This isn't the first red robin location to do this. They are not to be trusted. I ended up getting sick. We won't be back!

For the price, not worth it. We both had hamburgers with fries and just water.Bill including meal, tax and 15% tip was 34.00 +.In my opinion burger was not gourmet.Will not return...can't afford it!!
