Terrible quality of food and drinks. Terrible Philly, dry, nothing that was supposed to be on it was on it, paid extra for cheese and onion on a cheesesteak...wow. Overpriced and poorly done. Low quality, go elsewhere! Dirty dining room as well.

The buffalo chicken cheesesteak used to be great, but my last two orders were terrible. One time there was no buffalo sauce, and today's version (order under name of Trevor) is so dark (almost like BBQ) and it does not taste like buffalo at all. I am not sure what happened but I think I am done trying to get the buffalo chicken cheesesteak here. This is miles away from how it used to be.

I have always loved picking up sandwiches from V&S. In fact ever since I was very young that was our go to for Friday night. I would always say how great their cheesesteaks were too. But today I am very disappointed. There was hardly any meat in this sandwich and the meat was so dried out could hardly chew it. The Roll was very chewy as well. Not at all the V&S quality that I grew up with an most certainly not worth the 24 bucks I spent.

They seemed like nice people. The food tasted great. $30.00 for two cheese steaks and cokes without sides was a bit steep.The lady that brought the food out to us said it looks a little skimpy because there were no onions in it.I took the meat out of 1/2 of the roll and put it together with the meat that was already in the other half. That filled it up to make a complete six inch cheese steak without onions.Like I said, the cheese steak tasted great. I had planned on taking half home for later, not throwing six inches of bread away.

I came in sometime last week to order a cheesesteak and as I was waiting for my order to be finished I noticed and overheard an employee I think his name was griffin making MY sandwich talking about how he's high on the job almost all the time to his coworkers and brings it to work even to smoke sometimes its extremely frustrating and unprofessional for employees to be doing this and using this type of behavior is unacceptable.. I would expect some sort of punishment towards this employee... if not I can gladly take my matters to corporate for having high people on the job working

This place used to be so good.. not anyway. They changed the rolls about a year ago and ever since then it's been bad, even had friends say they wish they'd gotten wawa instead. Got a California chicken cheesesteak today - a sandwich that shouldn't have red sauce on it. No matter where you go, it never has red sauce on it, I mean it's a mayo sandwich and having tomato sauce with mayo makes no sense and is downright gross. Didn't ask for tomato sauce, in fact said specifically not to put any because this isn't the first time this happened but they put it on anyway. It was horrible and inedible. Took one bite and spit it out! They need to train their staff better and hire people who actually know how to listen to basic instructions. Don't eat here.

This place use to be good. The past 2 months there food and service has been horrible. Last night they served my children raw rock hard burgers , and my cheese steak was cold and undercooked. (With barely any meat to begin with ) The meat on my Italian hoagie tasted old and rotten. They also charged $2.10 to add 2 small pickles to 3 burgers. My 6 year old woke up with food poisoning this morning; I only realized his burger was raw after a few bites in . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Staff is not properly trained .

Would give zero stars if I could. Filthy kitchen full of cockroaches and produce not properly stored. The owner Sam is a creep and most of the employees are highschoolers who aren't paid enough to care if they mess up your order or not. You're better off just picking something up from the Giant right across the street.
