“Live Music & Drinks!!! This was our first time stopping at our local brewery! I'll start out with the staff... they are AMAZING!!! Super nice, let us do some samples of their beers and their drink "Cherry St." Was my absolute favorite made with their cream soda. We didn't get to try any food, so that will be added to my next review when we stop. Atmosphere was iconic, lights, crush velvet walls, barrel high tops, old brick & stone walls... loved it all! I even bought a hoodie to help support this small town dream come true! Can't wait for warmer weather when they open up the patio area at night...looks so glam! The gentleman singing did an awesome job...great voice!!”

“You know you’re getting GREAT food when you see that red and white checkered paper! It’s been a few years since I last ate at Spring House Grille in Roaring Spring, PA, so I decided to pay a visit today. I am SO glad I did! Especially since they went from making decent food to making Excellent food that filled me right up!The meal I had today was the 4 piece fried chicken with “steak” fries and green beans!Oh man! The meat was so tender and loaded with flavor, the steak fries were cooked to golden yellow perfection and the green beans were fresh, juicy, and surprisingly vibrant! I was quite impressed with both the aesthetic and quality!The staff was wonderful and very accommodating during our visit, and the atmosphere was very roomy, inviting and warm. I especially liked the aquarium in the middle of the dining room, the wood siding on one of the walls that made me feel like I was on a boat, and the rotating glass dessert table!Overall, Spring House Grille has REALLY stepped their game up since my last visit, and I DEFINITELY recommend it if you’re visiting the Roaring Spring area! The only negative thing I can say about it is they close at 4:00 pm. Otherwise, It’s a superb local eatery!”

“This is my favorite subway!!! Very clean and swift. Workers are very friendly. Some subways I get grossed out because isn't cleaned to notch and that's important to me.”

“I ordered their Muffuletta Pizza with the cauliflower crust. Perfect! I order cauliflower crust typically and find some places undercook...but this was nice crispy and thin! Service was great from ordering on the phone to the smile I was met with at the door. Very happy.”

“The staff here is personable, friendly and committed to making sure your experience is a pleasant one. We ordered a hot sandwich and tried the wings. The quality of meats, vegetables and bread was top notch. The wings were deep fried and the sauces were then baked into skin. The flavors were magnificent and everything was cooked to perfection. “In the area to visit family. Took a chance. What a jackpot. Fabulous experience from entrance to exit. The entire staff was friendly and attentive; couldn't believe how quickly the food and drinks were coming out. The atmosphere suggested this is the place to be for a good time in the area. Definitely "my place" while here and I don't need to try second place to know it's not even close. High praise to Matt and Diane for bringing their vision and energy to life in this community”

“Probably my favorite coffee shop in the Cove! Beautiful inside, laid-back atmosphere with plenty of comfy seating options. Coffee is always rich and delicious. I love to stop in for a quick drink when I'm home!”

“My favorite restaurant in Central PA! I love trying all of the fresh, seasonal dishes and soups at Mayfield when I'm in town visiting family. They have a great variety of sandwiches and salads for lunch and truly something for everyone (including lots of options for vegetarians like myself). During my most recent visit for lunch, I had a grilled sandwich with fresh mozzarella and tomato and the purple potato soup special and they were both so so good. I've been craving the purple potato soup ever since! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the renovated restaurant has a great funky/vintage vibe that honors the extensive history of the Capitol Hotel. I really couldn't recommend it more!”

The main purpose for my review is to share how much I love how they prepare their buffalo chicken sub...they shred the chicken so it soaks up all the hot sauce goodness. Their food is freshly made (and the bread is incredible, especially the English muffin bread), and the people working there couldn't possibly be nicer. I also have no idea where they get their decaf roast, but it's so, so good. And I hate decaf! This is our favorite hometown eatery, and we come as often as we can.Parking: Parking can be hard to find in the main road, so definitely check out the side-streets! Bring quarters for the meter!Kid-friendliness: Love bringing our daughter here on school breaks and weekends, she likes this place as much as we do and she's 10.”
