“What a pleasant surprise located just outside of Scranton, Pennsylvania. I was hiking in a state park just to the West of Scranton, and decided to pop over to a winery and see how good it is. Verdict? Pretty good! And when I say pretty good, I mean REALLY good for Pennsylvania. A lot of the wineries in this area basically sell glorified, overly sweet grape juice. Maiolatesi has that if you want it, but I do not want that. I prefer traditional wines, and Maiolatesi has a pretty solid selection! The unoaked Chardonnay was a real nice surprise. The Syrah/Cab Frank blend was solid. But the star of the show was the Sparkling Traminette/ I ended up buying a bottle, it was so good. The service was awesome. The ladies working in the tasting room were so friendly and helpful. The ambiance was nice. It was a bit too chilly to sit out on the deck, but I really wanted to because it was so pretty. We went in the fall and the leaves had turned, so the views off the deck were stunning. Really beautiful area. I don't know if Maiolatesi is worth going out of your way to visit, but if you're in the area it is absolutely worth a stop in.“

“My girlfriends and I went on a NEPA wine tour and this was the crown jewel of the trip. The location is lovely, the staff knowledgeable and so outgoing and helpful and the wine flights were terrific. We were not expecting to have such delicious wines in an area not necessarily known for its wineries but we were pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend taking a trip to try this lovely and highly Instagramable winery, order a flight, get a little something to snack on and spend your time sipping, relaxing and living the good life.“

“This place had some of the best Mexican food I have had in a while. When you first sit down, you are blessed with chips and a spicy chipotle sauce. It’s to die for the food was spaced out evenly and came out rational times granted it wasn’t too crowded. “Today was my first time eating at Longworth's. I am gluten free and the owner & waitress were amazing when it came to knowledge of gluten free. They have a separate grill and her daughter makes the bread. This bread was amazing. I will be back to try the GF bagel next. It was my grandson's birthday and they gave him a bear and a free breakfast. The hospitality they showed towards my family was amazing. I will be a returning customer.“

She got a chicken meal, and I got Cajun shrimp with rice, a side of French onion soup and the pierogies with onions as well as mashed potatoes.Her chicken was good. All of my food was great. The pierogies were the star of the show, though.The service was efficient, and there were no errors. Our server was thorough and matter of fact. “I can only tell you about my experience at the bar because I've never sat at a table for dinner. Food is excellent. I had chicken Parm last night which was fantastic. The red sauce is delicious. Not too sweet like some places. Bartender is awesome. Very attentive. Good selection or top shelf bourbon and nice wines. On the downside, it's expensive, and during the week it's pretty dead. Most definitely go there for the food not the bar experience.“

Not many pull this flavor off and they can make it without sausage ( I don’t eat pork ) and didn’t make me feel Like they were annoyed .. My husband SWEARS by the Rigatoni and meat sauce and my kids will say they loved everything. So let’s just say we have never been disappointed!! This is your FRIENDLY FAMILY neighborhood restaurant the staff is AWESOME from the host to whomever is cooking your meal you will get a warm hello with that GREAT meal !!!“

“Can’t speak to the service or atmosphere, I got food delivered. I went with the basics for my first try: Chicken Pad Thai (Mild) and Chicken Pad Kra Tiem Prik Thai (Mild). I ordinarily order things spicy, but I wanted to understand the quality and flavors involved in their versions of these dishes, I would definitely order it spicy next time. Everything was fresh, delicious, well balanced flavor wise and with great portions. I find myself thinking about this foods’ flavor a couple weeks later and my mouth is watering. Probably my favorite thing I’ve eaten in the area. I would definitely go here to sit down for the full experience. Thank you so much for the wonderful food!“

“OK, I've been to Crotti's a few times now and they've never disappointed! They have an amazing bar chef that makes some of the best bar food you'll find in the area (I got a burger and the beef was so fresh and juicy), the drinks are great, and the atmosphere is prefect for the live performances they have! On the live performances note, they get, by far, some of the best groups around! I personally go there for their blues/funk performances and they're beyond incredible! I truly can't recommend Crotti's enough!“

“A local sports establishment with tasty bar food and cold beverages at a fair price. Lots of televisions for all your sports watching needs. Jukebox playing some music when needed. Staff/bartender is very welcoming. Low key, friendly, and relaxed environment.“

“I've always loved V Spot. I brought a friend who recently turned 21, and the bartenders were phenomenal with him. “Standard Chinese restaurant fare. Food was tasty and enough for leftovers. Ordered the shrimp with mixed vegetables, fried rice, egg roll, and wonton soup combination dinner. They also provide sliced oranges when they bring the check. The atmosphere is plain and mostly empty on a Saturday night, but the food and service was great. Very fast service. Lots of people there for takeout.“

There cheese Wontons were excellent weren't over fried and there pork fried rice was excellent to the rice was nice and moist wasn't dried out like most places very good flavor to it as well.
