“This has quickly become my new favorite spot for coffee! As soon as you step through the big wooden door, it feels like you are transported into the pages of a book! The staff is incredibly friendly and the coffee is phenomenal. Blackwatch is a great addition to our community, especially Nay Aug. Thank you!Parking: There are about four spots near the greenhouse. However, there is additional parking throughout Nay Aug Park. Just pay attention to signs as some areas are designated for hospital staff and the Everhart Museum.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of outdoor seating and space for children to hangout.Wheelchair accessibility: The lower parking area near the greenhouse has a paved walk way to the cafe. There is a slight incline.“
“I love this place, super friendly staff including Caroline the owner. Really comfortable and cute atmosphere, extremely clean including the bathrooms, food is always excellent. I just wish they were open later in the day, it's hard to come here with the hours they have and wish there was more parking. Scranton needs more places like this.This is a must visit if your in Scranton!“
“Super cute stop in the heart of downtown of Scranton, Pennsylvania. I wanted to find a great cup and there was a really good vibe there. I got a maple latte which was on the sweet side, but totally delicious. If you have a moment and want a nice cup of coffee or relax environment it’s a nice stop.“
“We were in Scranton for a softball tournament and a friend from back home recommended Joyce’s. We were so glad we tried it because the food was great and the owner were so very kind. They treated us like family even got pictures with us which I posted. We are planning a trip back just to see them!“

“Great place for vegan comfort food. Any time I'm missing the taste and texture of a super cheesy quesedilla, this is where I go -- its close enough to the real thing to quench that craving. “I've only been here once to try the cupcakes. I went in to order two to go. A vanilla and chocolate, they were absolutely delicious! I just wish that they were normal sized cupcakes rather than mini size. I definitely would like to try this place again and eat in. The lunch menu seems delicious as well! Can't wait to try more. “Super cute spot with some absolutely phenomenal smelling coffee. Interior is open and airy while still being inviting. Unfortunately, my iced matcha drink was very watery from the get-go. I ordered with almond milk, so it shouldn't have been that thin. Their food is fresh and made to order and smells amazing in the space.Dietary restrictions: Alternative milks available for those who can't have dairy.Parking: There is no parking lot here, just street parking. Depending on the time of day that block can get very busy.“
“I like that it's in walking distance from my apartment at Mulberry Towers. I can go there get milk and pick up something to with my food stamps. I just moved to downtown Scranton and there aren't that many places I can go to within walking distance.I do think it's dark inside and makes it hard to see things. I don't like that you have to buy something and get the keys before you can use restroom. There aren't many places to go downtown and sometimes you really need to go.“
“This is a hidden little treasure in NEPA. The food is absolutely amazing - everything from the avocado egg sandwiches to the grilled cheese to the coffee cake muffins! YUM & the coffee is delicious! The staff is so personable and easy going and the entire atmosphere of the shop is relaxing. We go in there and spend hours chatting and eating and drinking. SUPER CUTE SPOT highly recommend A++++++“
