Dunkins food is great, the service is amazing. I met a women who offered to pay for the rest of my friend and my order that we couldn't afford. With that being said, not all employees are the best. 8am and they are almost always out of the donuts I like? Half the time their splend machine must be out bc I have to put my own in and the food is microwaved to the point of being burnt! I am starting to go to a different store! It’s too bad that we have to go out of our way for 2 of the 2 things they sell! No donuts and coffee has no Splenda! Smh

For the most part, my experience with this DD is awesome. Except for my visit when the older woman staff with long dark hair handed me a stone cold cup of coffee when I asked her for a XL hot. There should be no reason why someone hands someone cold coffee. I had another staff remake it. It's insulting when you work hard, and just want a nice cup of coffee but a staff member doesn't care enough to make sure that the coffee was actually hot.
