Morning shift is excellent but night shift not so good! Coffee was wrong and grilled cheese sandwich was like rubber. Like it was old and microwaved!! Couldnt even eat half of it!!

For the most part, my experience with this DD is awesome. Except for my visit when the older woman staff with long dark hair handed me a stone cold cup of coffee when I asked her for a XL hot. There should be no reason why someone hands someone cold coffee. I had another staff remake it. It's insulting when you work hard, and just want a nice cup of coffee but a staff member doesn't care enough to make sure that the coffee was actually hot.

Dunkins food is great, the service is amazing. I met a women who offered to pay for the rest of my friend and my order that we couldn't afford. With that being said, not all employees are the best. This Dunkin is terrible they always mess up order. And when I went through the drive through this morning they charged me $12.05 for 2 bagels and a medium latte. When I did the same order on the app the total was only $9.30. The cashier laughed when asked about why the price was different.

The food is always good if they’re not out of everything. The coffee is ok, but the issue is that I have to leave the house 30 minutes early if i have to stop at that dunkin before work or else they would make me late. There could be 2 cars in the drive thru and you won’t get anywhere for atleast 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line this morning and when they handed me my food, half of it was missing ?♀️
Got a large dark roast black. It was bitter and old beyond belief. I would imagine it would have tasted good if there was some sryup or sugar in it but I drink it black. Read my reviews I have given other local Dunkins 5 stars. If you're a black coffee drinker stay away. I dumped it out. o

I tried ordering for the nearest Dunkin and it gave me the wrong address. I was wanted it cancelled. I went to the Dunkin on Main Ave and Providence Rd. I ordered by scan because it was the wrong Duncan. I asked to have it cancelled but, was told I can do it through the app. There is no place to cancel on the app. So I called the store that the order went to to cancel it, they told me that they would call me back but, never did! The Extra large Coffee I ended up ordering at the on near Providence Road and Main, had no cream. I want a refund.

The worst service. 3 weeks ago I dud drive thru and ice coffee and 2 donuts - 1 Boston cream and 1 Old Fashion. I received 2 old fashion which were like hockey pucks! I was traveling so I didn't return to complain. Because the drive thru us so usually slow and terrible to drive away from we decided to go inside. 1 coffee, 1 ice coffee, 2 wraps. It was busy but we stood right by Puck up counter. After 15 minutes asked for food and told it was already picked up. Not made. I was watching every order. Took allowances for being busy. Finally after anifh 15 minutes asked again and told already picked up. There had been a woman wuth children in car and hungry who was waiting when we hit in line. I finally got food asking each staff repeatedly. I use the DD app all the time in several states and this is terrible service. Looked like they didn't have enough staff for the AM additionally the food was mostly going to the drive thru. I left Scranton 5 sats later and even though the Main Ave location is closest, I went out if my way to go to another location. The worst DD! Plus staff rude and lies. Very DISORGANIZED. UPDATED REVIEW 11/28/22 - Service was a little better. There was only drive thru service so this may have helped there not be such a long wait and not being skipped over in receiving my order. Still thought my coffee wasn't exactly as I ordered. But the food was hot. This is the closest Dunkin to where I visit in Scranton. Since my last terrible experience I have been going out of my way to get coffee for my return drive home. I used this location this week because I was in a hurry to get on the road. I will give it a try on my next visit to Scranton. Staff wasn't as rude via the drive-thru compared to in store. But the area for drive-thru still is out onto North Main after about 8-9 cars. Poorly set up.

8am and they are almost always out of the donuts I like? Half the time their splend machine must be out bc I have to put my own in and the food is microwaved to the point of being burnt! I am starting to go to a different store! It’s too bad that we have to go out of our way for 2 of the 2 things they sell! No donuts and coffee has no Splenda! Smh

My favorite Dunkin in the area! There was a long line of cars today when I showed up but it moved fast, I only waited for 5 minutes start to finish. My coffee was perfectly made. My sandwich tasted good and fresh and not like the burnt chemical taste the food gets when the ovens aren't cleaned properly.
