Always love my dunkin but not sure why the little girl with the gnarly roots gets paid to just stand there on her phone and giggle? had to say excuse me multiple times just for her to look up from her phone ?
Ordered two donuts and coffee extra creamer extra sugar in the drive thru. Hit I81 only to find no creamer in the coffee. Employee couldn't be bothered to say hello, thank you or have a good day. Normally it's much better here.

Love this place but would you guy please for the love of god stop training your employees to put the whip, caramel, and cinnamon sugar on the lid?! It’s a hot Carmel craze latte. I pay extra for the Caramel whip and cinnamon so I can taste it when I’m sipping the latte. If the sugar and caramel is on top of the whip in the lid and you put the lid onto the coffee then it’s going into the coffee and not right on top like it should be.
