It was chaos, They were complaining about the first shift manager. Didn't do anything fill anything up. I want to pick up my t and the counter was filthy. Old coffee.So bad. I won't even put my lid on the counter.

Love this place but would you guy please for the love of god stop training your employees to put the whip, caramel, and cinnamon sugar on the lid?! It’s a hot Carmel craze latte. I pay extra for the Caramel whip and cinnamon so I can taste it when I’m sipping the latte. If the sugar and caramel is on top of the whip in the lid and you put the lid onto the coffee then it’s going into the coffee and not right on top like it should be. It’s the dumbest thing your employees have been doing at literally every location. Drives me nuts. And whenever I say “hey could you put the whip on the coffee instead of the lid?” I always get dirty looks. Lame. Spending 5$ on a small hot latte should be able to get it the way it’s supposed to come. Thanks.

This Dunkin is such a hit or miss. I can’t even order a Latte! Almost every time some of the workers just give you cold brew or their regular coffee thinking to themselves, ah, the costumer won’t know the difference. Well guess what, you can tell. This time the “latte” they gave me was clearly coffee, as it was a darker color, they didn’t even add the right amount of milk which is the dead give away. And the coffee tasted like burnt watery coffee grounds. I literally dumped it out the second I got to my job. Ridiculous!We’d rather wait in line than for you to give us something thank what we ordered.
If I'm getting a cup of hot chocolate don't put 75% in my cup I would love if yall would fill it to the

Always, always ALWAYS gets my order wrong! This is the only dunkin I go to only because it's on my way to work but at least 90% of the time my order is wrong, whether I order in the drive thru or on the mobile app. I visit dunkin at least 3 to 4 times per week. This morning I asked for the tea bag to be on the side because I do not like it too dark and it wasn't so I asked them to remake it. Now, I go to eat my bagel and asked for the butter on the side and when I open it, it's all soggy and obviously wasn't on the side. Sometimes I don't eat my bagel right when I get to work, I wait. Which is why I prefer the butter on the side so I can spread it when I'm about to eat it. Well since the butter was on my bagel it was al soggy and I had to throw it away, couldn't even eat it. Come on, dunkin. Do better!
