Probably the worst service I've ever received from a fast food place. Drive thru cashier (receipt says his name is Gabe) mumbled his way through our order and made it very clear he didn't want to be there. We pull to the window, he throws the change into my hand and slams the window shut. Couple minutes go by, he walks away from his post and another employee, who was much friendlier, hands us our order. To top it off, our order was wrong; we ordered two crunchy tacos, we got soft shells instead. I generally try so hard to be patient and understanding of fast food/retail workers having been in that field for several years myself, but this dude has to be the single worst fast food employee I've personally encountered. Sorry you hate your job, Gabe. I hope you find one you enjoy.

They apparently don’t know how to listen or follow direction. When an order is taken & correct on the screen AND the receipt, you’d assume ALL items would be in your bag. That’s all :)

Personally, when I travel to the U.S., the most satisfying restaurant is Taco Bell. First of all, the service is very good and the food quality is also good. Speaking of anecdotes, I really recommend this store. The store's employees and owner really know how to welcome customers and are ready to provide good service. While my family was returning to Canada, the restaurant we originally wanted to go to was closed, so we decided to go here, but unfortunately, it was during break time. As I was about to go back, I saw the boss with the children, asked the staff to please just take care of the family, and left after talking to the staff. The staff did their best to take orders and prepare the food. Taco Bell's food was really good, and it was the best restaurant I've ever been to, including Seoul, Brazil, and Georgia. I really recommend this restaurant. I wish great luck to the staff and boss who worked hard to welcome our family.

I went into the drive thru last Thursday night and was denied service as I wanted two separate orders. The person on the intercom seemed to be under the influence of something, and then pretended to fake an Indian accent, I guess to impersonate a manager? I already complained on the company website to no avail. So why not try here on google. Great service as long as your there before drive thru only.

It's my birthday and my dad took me here because he always takes me to Taco Bell. We sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes, there was also a lady in front of us who wasn't able to get her food that she wanted when she was there in line for longer than us.
Waited almost 25 minutes for food.
