I went into the drive thru last Thursday night and was denied service as I wanted two separate orders. The person on the intercom seemed to be under the influence of something, and then pretended to fake an Indian accent, I guess to impersonate a manager? I already complained on the company website to no avail. So why not try here on google. Great service as long as your there before drive thru only.

Personally, when I travel to the U.S., the most satisfying restaurant is Taco Bell. First of all, the service is very good and the food quality is also good. Speaking of anecdotes, I really recommend this store. The store's employees and owner really know how to welcome customers and are ready to provide good service.
