I ordered a sandwich and I found a hair in it. I brought the sandwich back to the store to see if they can make me a new one. I wasn’t upset or angry about it I just wanted a new sandwich. The Manager (whose hair was in my food) laughed about it. She made me a new one but seemed pretty sour and unapologetic about the whole thing. No employees were wearing hats or hairnets when I returned to the store which is a standard practice in the food service industry. I don’t expect quality standards from a subway restaurant so I wasn’t really shocked but every time I’ve been to this location the manager has a bad attitude. She treats paying customers as if they’re an inconvenience and for that reason I will never go back.

terrible food. the worker is rude. they put one single slice of meat on the burnt bread. shits gross. the sprite tastes like water. the soda fountain is a rip off do not get. the sandwich tasted like straight feet. this place should no longer be in business. My all around experience was worse than the closing of toys R us. I would rather chomp on king kongs fat toes than eat one more bite of my moist rotisserie chicken sandwich. The workers lowkey should cross the street to planet fitness. I wouldn't want to come here if my life depended on it. thanks to this terrible experience im gonna die sad and hungry because im not eating another sandwich ever because i have PTSD. thanks. the only reason i came here is because i had no choice. NEVER again. thank you for shitty sandwiches

WOW- I'm Very pleased w/ over all treatment & service. Buisness was clean & comfortably cool w/ air conditioning, food was all fresh etc. The employee's were polite welcoming helpful & kind, even welcomed my emotional support Kitty??- delighted to see him! ☺️?I look fwd to another visit @ this particular location next to the Giant off Greenridge st. in Scranton.?
