“I know it's kind of weird to leave a five star Subway review, but hear me out: I'm visiting Scranton for a wedding this week. I also have a lot of dietary restrictions that suck, but them's the breaks. Last night, I foolishly ordered not one, but two salads from Chipotle and ended up paying over $30 (40 ish total counting delivery fees and tip, but my Door Dashers were fabulous, and this was not their fault) and ended up with two 1/4 filled containers of shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes (no explanation about the missing ingredients at all). Also they were leaking and had no utensils. I ate this "dinner" with my hands like an actual rabbit and had to sustain myself with my hotel room's complementary coffee creamer to avoid a calorie deficit. Not my proudest moment. I have never Karened before, but I was so hungry I had to shout into the app-feedback void. They gave me like a $7.49 credit, which I accepted and used to purchase a salad from. subway, because why not? I received the salad of my dreams, for like less than $14 including tip, delivery, and a water to boot. AND they even gave me a free cookie (packaged separately so no cross contamination!!!) that I gave to my husband who has the privilege of a colon that can tolerate gluten. TL; DR: If you are in Scranton and want a big, satisfying salad, go to this Subway. They restored my faith in fast food today.“
“It must be under new management and I definitely see the difference. The toppings were also really fresh and crisp. That wasn't the case before. The staff were courteous and quick. You can now use the online option on the Subway app for easy ordering and take advantage of the promotional offers. It makes it so much easier. The app is user-friendly and you become a sandwich artist yourself while selecting your options.“

“I had a really good experience at this location on 10/23/2023. I was the 3rd customer in line, and I got to watch the young lady behind the counter give nothing but excellent service to a very elderly man. And then again to the woman in front of me. She smiled the entire time I was in line. All the way until I walked out the door. She was very kind to the older man, wasn't rushing him, she was helping him actually. He had a hearing problem and was moving a little slow and it didn't bother her one bit, and it was refreshing to see it. It was nice to see someone so young providing customer service like this. I hope she remains that way all through life. You never know what someone else is going through, I was having a rough day that day and watching how she treated the people ahead of me in line, reminded me what's important in life. To be kind to each other. Her name is Kirsten Thompson. She should be really proud of herself. Its hard to get customer service like that these days.“
“I'm new to the area and this is one of the first places I went to get lunch and gotta say from day one the employee's there were nothing but professional and good people...the manager recently had a baby...CONGRATS TO HER & HER FAMILY...I had catering done from there and it was always a hit...never had any issues ordering picking up or getting help..the manager ( and I'm sorry I keep forgetting her name but she remembered mine) she help me & succeeded on making a sandwich for a vegan...SHE ROCKED IT... I don't go in everyday but when I do it's always a pleasure“
