Yume is a hidden gem serving Japanese dishes not found in other sushi restaurants. The atmosphere is calming and modern, perfect for enjoying soup and sushi delights. The miso soup and shrimp dumplings were tasty, with heavenly dipping sauce. The squid salad and sweet eel were amazing, along with the salmon crawfish roll. The service was great, with knowledgeable staff, and the sushi chef was fascinating to watch. The soft shells and Tako su were perfect, and the Yume Roll was a consistent favorite. There is no hibachi, so you don't leave smelling like food. The restaurant is very clean and worth every penny, with unique dishes and a refreshing attitude towards service animals. Yume is definitely a spot to visit again soon.
