“Been coming to the Roy Ann for 65 years. Never disappointed. My favorites are the turkey dinner, meatloaf, and fried shrimp. Homemade gravies and soups! Portions are plentiful and service great! We visit once a week. Few restaurants are around from my childhood...thank you!!”

“Our experience at Thriving Hive was nothing short of excellent. Bebe was able to get us in for a last minute tea with my daughter and friend. The most thoughtful part was that Bebe asked that I provide a list of foods my 5 year old liked/didn’t like so she could ensure my child would have a wonderful time. And she loved everything that was placed in front of her. This shop is so warm and welcoming, the staff were all so sweet. The teas were fantastic and I loved that we each got to choose our own teapot. And just like my daughter, I enjoyed everything that was presented to us! The soups, the quiche, the finger sandwiches, scones, desserts. All excellent!! Thank you to all the staff for making my daughter’s first tea party a memorable one! We will definitely be frequent visitors to The Hive!”

“We had Abundance Water Ice come out for our daughter’s birthday party this past weekend. The owners and their son were the kind, generous and passionate about serving the kids. The water ice was delicious and the kids were so excited! A very reasonable and tasty treat for any party. We would absolutely love to use Abundance Water Ice again in the future!”

We are thrilled to have this restaurant close by, as excellent ethnic foods are impossible to find up this way. The owners are dedicated to to their craft and customers. We highly recommend Green Chili. They opened another store a few doors down, with desserts and snacks - we will be trying the Kulfi ice cream tonight. We have loved everything we ordered and still so many more dishes to try. We almost always do take-out. Be patient when placing your order....they are busy!!”

The burnt ends are our guilty pleasure, and I have to admit we selfishly don’t even share them with our kids because we want them all to ourselves. Besides the undeniably delicious food, the service and atmosphere is what will always have my family coming back for more. I have worked in the service industry for 15 years, and let me tell you, the owner and group of individuals working there will NEVER disappoint. I have to give a special shoutout to the girl behind the counter who helps us often, I wish I knew her name, but she is one of those genuinely beautiful people, inside and out!!
