Order online , got sent one less cheesesteak, was told on phone they could deliver it for extra delivery fee and extra charge of cheese steak. Overall this mama in kenhorst is worst mamas around will now drive 25-35 minutes out of the way to go one who gives better service . No manager working will on site was told tomorrow. Overall experience not worth it .

They always messing up your order then have the nerve to have an attitude when you complain.. the cashier attitude is disgusting when you bring your order back and the manager isn't better... like today I ordered a large pie extra cheese extra sauce for delivery I get my off no extra cheese or sauce... I call store the manager answer says he will have another made but want the pizza back cool.. I get my pizza and all the cheese an sauce is on one side... I'm at work so to call back and gave to wait another hour for my lunch is crazy.. the time before this I ordered 2 orders of just tender and a small fry... they decided to give me one tender by itself then a tender amd fries and a small fry.. now thr problem lies when you order them separately you get 5 to 6 tenders inside of the 4... so I complained about not getting what I ordered the cashier had the audacity to say we'll we gave you extra fries... I didn't ask fo t extra fries I wanted my extra tenders like my other tray had... the manager then instead of making it right he says we'll we are only supposed to give 4 tenders so what I can do is make your order over and take the fries back.... they are so rude

Unfortunately this branch just doesn't care about the quality of food they make and deliver. I won't explain all circumstances but just think twice about the money you are spending! Delivery is another story, I have had exceptional delivery and delivery that I felt like I needed to call the police. So I will leave it at that!

I've been ordering the specials for as long as I could remember.It's always on Sundays and Wednesdays. Today I tried to order on line and it gave me trouble so I called and same thing. I've been ordering my sunday's special the same it never changed. I never had an issue like today. And I ended it up paying more. As much as I love the food I will not be ordering again.
This has been our number one stop for delivery pizza what a great place the delivery driver is a tall bald guy one of the nicest guys we know he has always done everything above and beyond without saying he knows we have dogs and knew to just set the pizza down and knock and back up just to make it easier with the dogs they have always gotten a 10/10 in my bookVegetarian options: Multiple salads available as well as soup eggplant ParmesanKid-friendliness: Small arcade inside for the kiddies and tvs for the parents ?
Counter girl lacks introduction every time, I felt rushed making my decision and no helpful insight on menu specials, when I received my food it wasn’t prepared correctly, and after a no answer phone call , I was told since it was over 24 hours ago they couldn’t help me… skip here and go paolo’s pizza… u won’t
