Not busy but waited a long time for 3 drinks (same) 1 came out & 10 min later the other 2 came out. Unacceptable the cashier was awesome & friendly everyone else not so much.

I usually place order in advance and always quick and ready but today I had to go in last minute for gift so thought be quick getting drink too. Nope i was way wrong.. I stood there for 30 minutes after ordering at the register, while staff saw me standing there and didnt acknowledge me. Now I know they are very busy, non stop, but iv worked in high volume bar, very similar, anyone could have said "hey what are you waiting on" but no i finally had to go up and ask and they couldnt find my ticket. I would not have ordered a drink and just left with my gift if i knew it would take so long. Even a heads up when ordering "its going to be 20 minutes" just help set customer expectations so i know not to bring my baby with me next time. A nice, quick treat ended up with me in tears out of anxiety worried my baby was screaming and crying while waiting for me. Just have some better people skills its not just about the coffee.

Third time trying this Starbucks. I ordered via mobile sat inside for 15 min. During that time I watched the guy make at least 3 cold brews with no names. Every time someone would walk up they would ask “is this mine?” … “yeah it’s yours” was the only response. GREAT service there dude.I then decided to go through the drive through thinking it would be quicker. Guess that wasn’t my shining moment of intelligence. I’m still sitting here 40 minutes after ordering…how can making coffee be this hard. I’ve been to Starbucks that are more crowded with less people behind the counter and it takes half the time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location unless you have time to waste.

Don't come here unless you're really (REALLY) desperate... then try not to murder anyone while you wait for about 30 minutes until they finally make your drink. The drink was yummy... but Not worth the ridiculous wait.

I pass (sort of) by this town on the way to Buffalo, and always stop here even though it’s a few minutes out of the way. The friendly customer service makes up for any time I “waste” and is well worth it. Management should pay themselves and their staff on the back as they are always delightful.

34 minutes for 2 pumpkin spice lattes? I felt so discriminated.And my wife was craving for a "Dozen Lemon Loaf" but they said they couldn't sell them because they are supposed to be sold the next day.So Ladies if you're craving something from this store; don't expect much.
