I usually place order in advance and always quick and ready but today I had to go in last minute for gift so thought be quick getting drink too. Nope i was way wrong.. I stood there for 30 minutes after ordering at the register, while staff saw me standing there and didnt acknowledge me. Now I know they are very busy, non stop, but iv worked in high volume bar, very similar, anyone could have said "hey what are you waiting on" but no i finally had to go up and ask and they couldnt...read full review
I pass (sort of) by this town on the way to Buffalo, and always stop here even though it’s a few minutes out of the way. The friendly customer service makes up for any time I “waste” and is well worth it. Management should pay themselves and their staff on the back as they are always delightful.

Not busy but waited a long time for 3 drinks (same) 1 came out & 10 min later the other 2 came out. Unacceptable the cashier was awesome & friendly everyone else not so much.
