“As fairly new residents of Johnstown, we found out about Scott's by Dam through co-workers who raved about the food. They were right. Everything we had was great. The menu has a lot to offer. The place isn't big by any stretch of the imagination but as soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted like old friends by Scott. He came by our table to check on us several times during our meal and cracked some jokes and interacted with all of his customers. What was especially endearing was the way he interacted with a mom and her young daughter who came in to pickup an order to go. They were obviously regulars and Scott leaned down and handed the little girl a bag of potato chips and she lit up. Scott and his wife are huge supporters of the Johnstown Tomahawks so it's nice to have a local family owned business that cares about the community. We will definitely be back!“

“Great place to eat, shoot pool, and enjoy trivia night. I had the jalapeno burger which was worth it, and the stromboli looked good and was massive, all for a great price. I also tried the fresh made pastries, which I believe were ginger with cream on the inside, very moist and sweet. The beer selection was decent, with plenty of IPAs to choose from.“

“Another great family restaurant in Johnstown. This place has perfected their food in the 30+ years passing down from generations to generations. We order wings, salad and the Friday Haddock special. Everything was great. We will be back!“

“My wife and I live in the neighborhood and we had fish dinners from the dugout on a Friday during lent. The portions were very nice pieces of fish, and I had a yummy bowl of halushki. No complaints from me or the Mrs, and the owner is one of the nicest people I've met around here. She is very friendly, and she always says hello when we see her around.“

“Ohio st has always been my go to bar when I do go out. Its comfy, bar tenders are cool, bathroom is clean (with nice big mirror in womens room). You can still smoke inside! They usually play rock music (not to loud so you can have a conversation). No drama. Also they make the best Alabama Slammers.“

“Grew up here in town. Always having parties and get togethers. Beautiful interior with pure Windber Nostalgia. Plus the pizza and bread are the second best in Windber. They've been there since the 60s so somethings gotta be right!!Parking: Small Lot but plenty of auxiliary spots with a free library a half a block away..Kid-friendliness: They will accommodate any child no matter the situation. And even cut their food up if they are fussy. Love these Servers..Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and good spots for handicapable people to easily access.“
