“We’ve eaten here 3 times. The food is delicious and plentiful. The owner is very nice and welcoming. The tiramisu is homemade and one of the best I’ve had. Not sure why more people don’t frequent this place. The tortellini ala crema is outstanding. Highly recommend.”

“For awhile, there was some turnover in the cook staff and the service and food was not very good to be honest. Some of these issues seem to have been fixed and changes have been made for the better. Service is much faster and food quality has improved. If you haven't been there in some time, give it another chance. I'm glad to be patronizing again.”

All the guest remarked on how tasty they were. She is a great baker and her rates are very reasonable, compared to other quotes I had been given. I recommend her without reservation!”

“My favorite local pizza shop to get a hot sub. I think I've tried just about all of them. Love the Meatball sub and the Sausage Parm. My daughters favorite place to just get a slice of pizza. The Sausage Stromboli is the perfect mix of sausage and cheese, they don't go too light or too heavy on either ingredient. My go to app to get with a sub is the onion rings, always fried perfect. The staff are always friendly and service is always quick. If you want a nice warm sub that isn't Subway, which is right next door btw this is a great stop.”

“First off is this best Chinese food around? No, but it's really good. The portions are always big. They stuff the containers to the brim. Service is always great and you can walk in, place an order to go and you're back in your car in under 15 minutes. Almost always get the Wonton Eggdrop soup, Steamed Dumplings, Pork fried rice, Pork Lo Mein and the Boneless Spare Ribs and have plenty for at least two more meals. Prices are just as good as any other take out Chinese spots I've been to.”

“Not sure I want to give out the secret, the best Dunkin’ is hiding in Spring Grove! While all Dunkin’s have the same menu everyone loves, the Spring Grove location has the best service around. They are always fast, efficient and friendly! I’ve seen other locations with lines wrapping around the block, but here in spring grove, this crew knows how to keep it moving without sacrificing quality or friendliness!”

“We had Genova’s in Spring Grove cater our 50th anniversary party. Kelly was great to work with at every step. It had been a while since I’d done a big party and she patiently answered all my questions. “This was our first time here, and we were thoroughly impressed.We were greeted at the door by a smell of cleaning product which makes you feel good about how well a place is kept up. The interior was trendy and well lit. The place was very clean and organized.The server was tremendous. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to choosing our entrees.The food was the show stopper. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and well crafted on the plate. “Just went for the first time this evening after reading many reviews on Google, and I have to say there is a reason they have such high ratings! My family of four all had nothing but GREAT things to say about our dinner! My husband got a steak fajita burrito (that was literally the size of his head), and the flavor was so good (I'm definitely stealing those leftovers), I got the chile relleno, it came with two very good-sized peppers that filled the whole plate and the flavor was great and the pepper was cooked well, also. My daughters (picky eaters) both got chicken quesadillas. One got the kids' size, and the other got the adult potions, and honestly, the kids one would've fed them both. Everyone went home with leftovers (im happy i dont need to make lunch tomorrow!), and we're all sad we're so full because we wanted to keep eating. We're already making dinner plans with friends for next weekend to return! Our waitress was so attentive and answered any questions we had and never let any drinks get close to being empty before offering a refill. Another really awesome thing is our bill was less than $60! For a family of four all getting their own meals, drinks, and an appetizer, that really is an amazing deal for the really great fresh tasting food we all received!If you're even slightly thinking about going here, just do it. If you slightly think you might want mexican food, just do it. My only regret is that we didn't try here sooner!”

“(Mcsherrystown location) First time and won't be the last. Ordered an iced caramel coffee with their breakfast sandwich. The coffee was the best I have had locally. My partner ordered a hot late and also said it was delicious. The sandwich included scrambled egg, bacon, cheese, and Chick-fil-A sauce. Umm, can you say genius? So tasty! Service was pretty quick even with a constant flow of customers. Ambiance had a play area for kids and people catching up over coffee. Hopefully more quiet during the week if you want to work remotely. Everyone seemed to be having a great time!”

“This was a new place to me since this wasn't here before I moved away. I asked someone walking by (I thought they was walking by) if they ever had it and if it was any good. They raved about it so I decided to try it. Was pricier then I was expecting but the all of the workers was wonderful. I had a half cheesesteak hoagie combo minus green peppers with mozzarella cheese instead of american. The fries was nice and crisp but not too crisp and they was not too salty. Which was refreshing because i don't like them too salty. I also ordered a side of scramble eggs. While I was gone the only way I could have a cheesesteak is if I made it. So it was refreshing to not have to make it myself. I was beyond happy with the food and service I even requested to speak to their cook and I promised it was nothing bad. I had to give my praise. Everyone was so wonderful and welcomed everyone. However they tend to close early or so I have noticed when I tried to go back again. I highly recommend this place and I will be definitely be going back. They do accommodate ppl if they need special accommodations without even batting an eye and not look at you any differently so don't be worried if you have to ask. Diningroom and bathroom is kept extremely clean. “I recently dined at this location and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The server, Julie, was wonderful. Attentive and informative, while being unobtrusive. The ribs and baked beans were quite good. The baked beans had huge tender pieces of pork in them. I kind of wish I had ordered a plate of those! The little things, like refilling water and providing extra napkins and wipes, were attended to without interrupting the table. We had great service. Sometimes, even with a good meal, the service can make it a not-so-good experience. Prices have gone up since the last time I was here, but I left feeling as though I got my money’s worth. This was just a nice meal out.”
