“This is my favorite local pizza spot. I love the single Sicilian slice deal and the half Sicilian pizza deal. The crust of it is crispy and delicious. The two kids that run the counter, the red haired kid and the quiet kid with glasses, both of them are really nice. The food is consistently good. When you walk in, you can see the food prep area and grill. Everything is clean and organized back there. having a clean kitchen is important to me because I worry about food contamination. I know my food will be clean and consistent when I order here.“

“The pizza from La Nova is excellent! We usually get pepperoni, mushrooms, and green peppers but recently tried the Vegetable pizza because of Lent. Both types of pizza were very delicious! They deliver within the time given upon ordering. The staff is very professional and friendly when ordering over the phone. Well done, La Nova!!“

“Picked up a cod dinner for my husband. He is very picky about what he eats. He was more than delighted about the cod pieces. Perfect amount of breading, and perfect amount of cod. The gentleman at the check out area was very friendly and personable. I spotted the pie slices as I was leaving the store. I will defiantly be back for food and desert.“

“I’ve been here several times and have never been disappointed! The food is some of the best Italian in Pittsburgh! We always order the gnocchi with blush sauce and always appreciate how perfectly done the gnocchi is (never mushy or overdone) as well as the T-bone steak which is always made PERFECTLY! We also appreciate how many sides you get with each meal as well as FRESH BREAD! You won’t be let down and will definitely have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.“

“Pastoli's is our go-to for delivery pizza and wings, we order from them regularly. We appreciate the variety of pizzas and the wings usually come hot and well sauced. “I live a few minutes down the road from this place and hadn’t tried it until a couple months ago. I am now thrilled that it’s so close and so good. The pizza is always amazing, especially the buffalo chicken or pierogi one, fried mushrooms are great. There isn’t a single thing we’ve had from here that isn’t good. Just tried their bacon cheeseburger tonight and it was incredible. So fresh, hot, crispy bacon. So glad to have this place so close to home!“

“The gluten free pizza here is the best gluten free pizza I’ve had, hands down!!! And I try gf pizza everywhere I go— literally 10 years and this stuff is just amazing. It’s like magic. Ok fine, she's not really a queen, she just threatens to throw me in the dungeon if I don't order from Meglio's. My only issue is I need them to add an item to their menu. There are nicotine patches to help those with a nicotine addiction. I need some Meglio's patches so I can slap one on my neck when Meglio's is closed. I'd hate to cause problems in my neighborhood, you know, local flooding due to me slobbering while craving Meglio's.“

In order to get a pizza for my son, we had to select a specialty pizza from their menu, ask to remove all ingredients, and then get charged extra to add pepperoni. They only come in one size, $16 for a meal for an 8 year old is a little steep. Of all the things we ordered, the Ricotta Arugula was a definite front runner. We miss the pate from the old charcuterie board. Will return to continue exploring the menu.ETA: what an incredibly fast & thoughtful reply from the owner that I did not expect. “Foods great bartenders are great. Quick fast but accurate good customer service. With delicious drinks and food. Honestly I was told the blue lagoon was really good and it's vodka blue curaçao lemonade it was a very good drink just wish it had more lemonade flavor to it. And as far as the raspberry long island goes it's perfectly delicious and scrumptious. Their seasoned fries and Mac attack bowls Cajun shrimp was quite delicious. Although personally I might ask for more Cajun next time. I love to be able to see it in the delicious creamy white sauce they pair it with also the shrimp in this delicious delicacy is fried. “The owner knew my father so I order their pizza all the time!! I will admit it's great pizza! Perfectly made. I love their wings, which is new for me. they had a smaller location years ago and didn't make wings then. So I guess what I'm saying is their success speaks for itself. He owns a bigger shop than originally and its successful because this man is dedicated and skilled at what he does. Their food is made by a man who has done this for so many years of his life that he perfected his art!!!! So if your looking for good pizza, hoagies, wings, Stromboli and much more, that taste better than others, it's better to get it from a place that busted their buns to be a local family favorite. “I search out local pub restaurants when I travel for work. Gino Brothers did not disappoint! Had the chicken parm, which was very good. They have about a dozen beers on tap, many other bottled selections, and a full bar! "Pizzeria" is an understatement, the menu has a wide selection.If you're staying at one of the nearby hotels (like I was), it's a 2 minute drive. Maybe a 10-15 minute walk if you plan on having more than a few beers! We visited on a Friday night and had a 30-minute wait, which is reasonable considering it was a busy evening and they don't accept reservations. They also have a window for pick-up with tables available not inside the restaurant. I loved the ambiance and design! For appetizers, we opted for the Parmesan-crusted zucchini and Brussels sprouts, both of which were outstanding. The funghi was equally impressive, though the hot honey chicken was disappointing.
