Terrible experience. The manager was so rude to me! I signed up for the Slice Society and when I tried to use my coupon he got very angry and tried to not allow me to use it! The pizza was cold by the time he was done arguing with me in front of many other guests and the soda cup wasn’t filled all the way either after I had paid 2.32 for a soda. Horrible service by him and even though I am a mall employee I will never be eating at that location again!
Today while I was at this place I got a personal spinach Stromboli and while eating it I bit into something so hard and chipped 2 teeth.... It was a ROCK when I took the rock up to the counter the man laughed at me and said " it fell out of that mans beard when he was making it" and kept laughing. then continued to say " ok what do you want" .... I said um my money back and now i have to make an appointment with my dentist to get my tooth filed down....

The 4 cheese white pizza is a standout item, while the breadsticks could be improved. The lemonade is a bit tart. The restaurant also provides a nice sit-down section for customers, making dining convenient. The manager's quick response to a spilled plate of spaghetti showed exceptional service and care.
