This bar is one of the worst bars in state college. Our server /hostess was as non accommodating as she could possibly be. We ordered chicken and got frozen fish sticks. We ordered drinks and were served lemonade. Never going back. Would not recommend.

Last year this was my favorite bar and I was very disappointed when they weren't open for the beginning of this semester. Since they opened two weeks ago I had great service and enjoyed my time. Last night the owners son was overly rude to me and my friends felt violated by his aggression towards us. It was very disrespectful and without him we would have gotten more drinks and would have enjoyed our experience more. Andrew sucks.

This might just be the worst bar experience I have ever had in my 22 years on this earth. First and foremost was chased down by a bouncer who claimed I had not paid the cover... I throughly explained to these Neanderthals that my buddy had paid the cover for both of us, they proceeded to try and kick me out. After exchanging a few kind words with the bouncers we finally made our way to the bar. Ordered 3 $6 rum and coke "fish bowls". Now my drink had a distinctly different taste than the other two, it tasted like straight Coca-cola! Therefor I did the logical thing and approached the bartender to let him know my drink was weak. The man said he could do nothing about it and referred me to another bartender who was the "owner's son". This child of a man took one glance at me and my drink and said "I made that drink...fuck off". The lack of responsibility displayed by bar Bleu's staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. Unless you're looking for overpriced soda and a bunch of man children serving you drinks avoid this spot like when you come down to state college.

Love it here. The upstairs atmosphere is so relaxing and nice. Obviously their signature fishbowls are the crowd favorite but I love the downstairs area. Truly a cool environment.
