I've been to this place a few times. The service was always good. I ordered some wings this time and got some sliders to go. Unfortunately my wings got mixed up and went to another customer by mistake so they had to make it again. They were nice enough to take money off the bill. I do ppreciate that. The bartender/server was really nice she was very busy and just kept moving awesome stuff.
We had a fantastic waiter, Chad;Who was very attentive to our every request with a smile and came to our booth frequently to see if we needed anything and truly gave us great service. Chad is an asset to Chili's. Our favorite Chili's is in our community...Pottstown, PA 19464

Went out with my wife for dinner and had a very pleasant experience. First impressions were good. We were greeted when we walked in and were sat at a freshly cleaned booth. Bathroom facilities were cleaner and nicer than expected. Food was hot and well prepared. I was surprised by the size of the chips and salsa appetizer that came with the "3 for Me".
