“We've been wanting to stop at Iron Tracks ( love the new name!) but were never in the area until today. We tried 4 different pints and all were excellent. The food was very good, reasonably priced and Justin was super knowledgeable about the beer, the food and the area! Great conversation about lots of stuff, even about pool! ?“
“I absolutely love their pizza, we go there all the time. Its the only pizza my 5 year old grandson asks for and the only pizza my 9 year old son will eat. No one else around even comes close to having even decent pizza, so we're grateful to have the best. People there are friendly and super good with the kids!“
“If you’re out of town and visiting Montrose , I would definitely recommend Anthony’s. My wife and I were in Montrose for 3 days and stopped at many local restaurants. Anthony’s was by far the best. Very friendly Staff and the food was delicious.“
“Fantastic & accommodating people! On Thanksgiving day, hours after the main event meal was over, my 5-year-old was hungry. We were renting a nice lake house at Acre Lake for the holiday, so although we had TONS of Thanksgiving leftovers, there was nothing other than that for him to eat.I remembered the pizza at Acre Lake Store nearby was good, so I tentatively called to see if they were open. They were! Although they were only serving Thanksgiving dinner, I hoped they could maybe sell me something he would eat. The woman on the phone that I spoke to was extremely helpful, & suggested a few things. We ended up getting bread, cheese, & butter to make grilled cheese for him. Evening saved! She even added a bag of macaroni, which he ate as well. Great experience, nice people - above & beyond experience.“
“This is a Small Mom and Pop Pizza Joint in a Beautiful Small Town. I Had the Buffalo Chicken Mac-n-Cheese, And it exceeded all my expectations, better than most iv'e tried! It was also SPOTLESS inside, couldnt be cleaner! Definitly will be returning, they got themselves a regular!“
“Had the Margherita, Quattro Fromaggio, and Plain pizzas (a slice of each). They were all good. Soft dough, sweet sauce. Generous with the cheese. They DO NOT deliver. Someone posted on Google that they had contact-free delivery, but they only offer pick-up. I would say the pick-up is definitely worth it if your drive is less than 30 minutes. The person answering the phones was very understanding about that confusion.“
“just because it's the only spot in town doesn't mean you're settling! get ready for a good time! a friendly reminder that local bars have charm and charisma you just can't find anywhere else. they got a pool table for groups and a gambling machine for the solo visitor. and an electronic jukebox too! chairs and tables inside, and a fireplace warming the place in winter, make a cozy, intimate gathering place for all members of the local community. the great food is made upstairs and handed down to the bartender through a hole in the floor. wing nights can't be missed. tables and chairs and smoking being a social activity makes hanging outside fun and relaxing. excited to see they do carry the much anticipated arizona hard iced tea in all three flavors! highly addictive i must say.“
“Start off with the food. I think the food is really good. The house bread it is a clean place to eat. Prices are not bad. This place I highly recommend having a meal at. It's my favorite place in town to eat. Thanks for the nice experience, W. Slater“
“A gem was found during our travel and it is Uncle Charlie's Bella Pizza! A family business oriented to make fresh, delicious food. Our experience entails as follows: called ahead of time and ordered four sandwiches. The phone attendant was courteous, patient, honest, and told us the time and cost of the food, very pleasant to talk. The place was easy to find without major directions. Upon arrival, the attention was superb and came out to greet us. We certainly didn't know this was a pickup only place. Got the food right away, paid a very fair price for the 4 twelve inch sandwiches ($37). Everything went very smooth and great. We picked 4 different sandwiches and every single one of us rated it a 5 star ⭐ for food, courtesy, pricing, and service. I had a delicious eggplant parmigiana, others had awesome cheese steak, special cheese steak, and Italian. The back draw: place is small and obviously cannot handle more so it will be like this for a while;however for improvement a couple of chairs and a table outside will make it a better appealing.“
“Nice and quiet spot on a Tuesday afternoon. Grilled chicken salad with the house garlic dressing was delicious. Sicilian pizza slice was a tad messy but it was still tasty and hot. Kat was a great server, very nice and accommodating with my weird requests. Definitely going to pop back in on my next trip to the area.Kid-friendliness: I did not have children with me but saw plenty in the restaurant.“
“I have not been in the town of Susquehanna in over 50 years. I made friends with an individual that resided there. Who has since pasted on, we met while both attending a trade school during the early 1970's. I had a few fun weekends with his friends and family there. This town is a quaint place, I'm guessing it was like so many towns in north eastern Pennsylvania. A coal mining town that thrived during the day's when coal was king. The Little Ireland Brewing Co. came up while looking for a restaurant to get something to eat and a beverage. This is a great little place for just such a stop. Prices are reasonable and it's an on-site micro brewery. So if your looking for a quaint restaurant bar, with a caffee layout, highly recommend you check it out. Also this town has a beautiful railroad train station that is serious need of being restored, and put to use. Jim Thorpe is a perfect example of what to do with a train station and town like this place.“
