“Stopped in here on a bikepacking trip. Good sized pub grub menu at affordable prices. You can lock up to the railing out front. Gave us pitchers of water to fill all of our bottles. Not terribly far off the GAP trail”

“Compared to it's predecessor, the interior is too bright and loud. Definitely more of a bar vibe than fine dining.The food was good, and the portions were large. The main complaint is their price points are higher than some of their higher end competitors.Service was initially good. But after receiving our meals, the waitress was a ghost.”

“O.M.G. this place is amazing! This was our first time here, after passing it up so many times on our way to different places. The advertisement for the Peanut Butter brownie parfait on their sign near the road was all the motivation I needed to finally stop. I am so glad I did! The custard is delicious. Unlike many other frozen custard I have had. I'm more of a soft serve ice cream person so this was right up my alley! Most ice creams upset my stomach later but I'll suffer though it to have some ice cream. I'm typing this up 3 hours later, and nothing yet! Finally a frozen treat I can eat that doesn't upset my stomach! The parfait I had, had bits of brownie in it and most places that I have had a brownie in the ice cream, its stale, this was like the brownie was only a couple hours old, it was that fresh tasting. The girls there are so sweet and nice, which just puts the cherry on top of the first time experience there. I will definitely be back to try their giant gobs and to try more of their frozen treats! Make the stop, don't wait like I did, you don't know what you're missing until you do!”

“My mom & I love to visit different coffee shops and this one was definitely one we will come back to! The atmosphere is cozy from the moment you walk in with different homemade local arts/goodies to browse. There are lots of different options to choose from as far as coffee/tea flavors go. I ended up getting the Baristas Choice of “Caramel Brownie Latte” and my mom got the Seasonal “Luck Charms”. Both were so yummy!! Would recommend and will be back again ?”

“Al's is my first ice cream shop since moving to Pittsburgh and no reason to go anywhere else! We started off with a couple of great, juicy hotdogs! My sundae was so large, I guess because of it's deliciousness it was easy to finish! The flavor and the portion sure beats where I came from. The gentleman that owns the restaurant is so kind and you can tell he takes pride in his food and has a lot of knowledge on what he serves! Very authentic cuisine. Its menu includes breakfast pastries, cookies, cupcakes, rolls, specialty cakes (e.g., wedding, anniversary, birthday, and graduation), and even non-baked goods such as soups and espresso drinks. Prices are reasonable. For Easter, my family purchased a chocolate cake, a white cake, a strawberry pie, and lady-lock cookies from Patti's. My family members and I thought that these desserts were fresh and tasted good, but we prefer the flavors of desserts from a few other bakeries. “Food was delicious! Got the gyro, and greek fries. They definitely didn't skimp on the gyro meat, it was moist and flavorful. We sat outside on the picnic table, they brought the food out to us, they where super kind. Even checked on us to make sure we where ok. We live kinda far from here about 30 minutes, but will most certainly becoming back! My significant other loves gyros, and she rates it 8/10 for best gyro she has ever eaten. The Taziki sauce is creamy, not watery likes some places. Most of all I could barely eat it all without being stuffed.”

And this place, these people, their food??? top notch I felt family, I walked out hugging their family Serena was my waitress so attentive went above and beyond Emily was the owner and spent so much time with us made sure that our experience was memorable and I can now call her a friend I can't say enough about these people and how I highly suggest that everybody stop here and meet them but try there amazing food I started off with a meatball appetizer stuffed mushrooms both were fantastic our dinners where salmon with pasta the blackened salmon was probably the best I've ever had the other dinner was cacio e pepe with shrimp absolutely fantastic as well creamy sauce pasta cooked perfectly! We had smoked old fashioned they brought this metal box smoker onto the table that smelled amazing which included the old fashioned inside I think that it was pretty neat I also had a Godfather which was Jack Daniels and amaretto which tasted very good as well they bring you fresh baked bread and homemade oil and balsamic dipping sauce what states did so so good and also gave me fresh bread to take home and sauce and they ended up giving us a cannoli which tasted fantastic as well they are known for their eight layer lasagna that they happen to run out of when we got there so I end up making the trip again even though it was an hour and a half drive to Monessen it was well worth the drive I can't say enough about these people in their business and their food I highly recommend them if you go just tell them that I sent you and let me know about your experience as well!”

“Amazing place, food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Prices are about 13 bucks a burger and 3 bucks a drink but you get unlimited refills of both your drink and their homemade fries.
