I helped put out a fire behind the building didn't ask for anything and I got a free coffee out of it so really awesome place and employees are never off point always professional and willing to help make a better day for everyone thanks dunkin swiftwater
Girl behind the counter had no idea what she was doing - told me I was ordering something that didn’t exist .... so I pointed to it on the giant TV screen menu behind her 🤦🏼♀️ she responded by walking away ... another worker came to the register asked what I wanted, said “Oh.. why didn’t you tell her that?” I replied, “I did. She told me it doesn’t exist.” She stared at me, half-nodded and walked away...

Rude woman behind the counter. Messed up our order, made us wait twenty minutes. When we advised her the order was wrong she said "you don't know how hard it is to work here."

The service quality is great and the crew is good. This Dunkin' is nice, and the drinks are usually delicious. The almond croissant is soft just how it should be and the breakfast sandwich is done right. Large orders may take longer, and not every bag or box has stickers, napkins, ketchup, or a receipt. Despite these hiccups, the French Vanilla hot coffee is spot on and the meal deal is highly recommended.
