“I’ve been missing out this whole time. The food was great. The staff was amazing.Had a chance to talk to the owner and wow they really do a lot for the community. I’ve heard some bad thing about this place and it’s staff by other neighboring businesses that I won’t name but I will say it’s far from the truth.“

“I eat here just about every week. The jerk island bowl with chicken is AMAZING! It is something I could never get tired of. The blackened grilled chicken Caesar salad is also amazing, along with the chicken cheesesteak sub, smash tacos, fries, etc. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. The prices are reasonable, the staff/owners are wonderful, and the food is the best in town. What more could you ask for!? TRY IT!!“

“During Lent Season, we frequent Big Mike's Crabhouse on a Friday, typically late afternoon. We try to beat the crowd, as this restaurant is not that big, but the seafood is absolutely delicious! Service is always excellent!!!! Big Mike's is a very relaxed atmosphere! They are a BYOB, so you can bring your favorite adult beverages if you choose to do so!!! If you choose to have an entree, but do not wish to have the sides, they will adjust the price! I love their cod fish (2 pieces), but don't always want the French fries, etc., they will serve you just the fish and adjust your bill accordingly. The pound of shrimp is always cooked to perfection, we have our shrimp served with melted butter and cocktail sauce, so delicious!!! If you're in Hanover and love seafood, stop by!!!!“

“If you're craving biscuits this is the place to come. I did a road trip to York to see tulips and stopped here for brunch. The Yelp reviews talked about the biscuits and they were a delight. The staff was so friendly - and was really attentive. Upon entrance it's a bit confusing as the owners own the pizza joint and this breakfast place. There's arcades, a fridge of craft beer and gender neutral bathrooms. Super hipster and liberal for PA - which I loved. The food is diner - and the coffee was super cold at first but the waitress quickly brought me a new mug. The hash browns were perfectly crispy. Get the biscuits with gravy, I got the plain and stole my friend's gravy. There is an early bird menu if you eat from 8-9 am which feels so small town to me. A must stop for brunch if you're in York! The weather was also stunning so we sat in the outdoor seating space.“

We have never been disappointed, service is always great, food is amazing and the store always looks beautiful- even the bathrooms. “So last night my family and me went to greers place we haven't been in a while and I knew the last time that we went. It was very good. When we went this time, unfortunately the human element has been removed from ordering and they've replaced it with kiosks. However, it's not a bad thing because it allows more people to place orders at once as well as for you to be able to see your options, but it does percent the possibility for technology to fail which it did last night.After we placed our order we grabbed a number told the machine what number we were and sat down at a table after I sat there and watched three other tables get surfaced with their food and all three of those tables had came in after us and my watch showed 35 minutes I decided to address the issue.And when I approach the counter with the receipt that we had, I showed the younger employee who was the first to make eye contact with me the receipt and several times of checking stated that we ordered two orders and that's why it was taking so long after a little bit of back and forth. The manager stepped forth from the back and discovered that the order was never even made. At this point, I know their food is good, so I'm willing to accept an apology and having them present something on my table, hopefully within a very decent and short amount of time. Since they realize their mistake I wouldn't have been happy but I would have accepted that as I think some of us have in this day and age.Instead he did something that I never thought he would do. He refunded my meal. He placed the order on an immediate rush and then presented us at with a gift card for the exact amount that we had spent. So we ate for free and in turn received a gift card so that we could again.This man did not have to do this, but he wanted to make sure that he would bring my business back again as I'm sure any good business owner would. When they realized that they have unfortunately failed their customer and he is correct, he will have my business again. The concern, the care and the willingness to accept one's mistake is huge in my part especially when you want me to bring you my business. It shows that not only do you care about your customers but you care as a person and if you can run a business using common Sense and being a decent human being then you will forever have customers he made sure to check on us that the food was good afterwards and he was kind. There was no yelling. There was no arguing. And once again the food was delicious and the prices were not horrible.If you come through this area, understand two things. One it sits next Sarah's ice cream creamery cuz sometimes it's hard to see the restaurant.Two there isn't a lot of seating inside but there is some outside and or you can do a Mobile order but the fact of the matter comes down to one thing and that is that this place needs to stay in The York county area for a very long time if you continue to offer great food. Great service and great prices. Then you will always attract great people who will be wanting to indulge in a quiet atmosphere where people can enjoy hearing music from the '80s and '90s admiring the unusual but very creative decor of the entire restaurant.But that being said, make sure the next time you're my county. You come to Dover township. You follow route 74 towards the Dover borough you look for the sign or building that says Sarah's creamery and then when you turn in the parking lot you drive past it and you will find greers and you won't regret it because I know I won't every single time I go back. “Lovely food- their chicken tenders is the best I have ever tasted. Their fries have been copied by Arby's. Hardee's crispy curlys are the same as Arby's. Very delicious. They have friendly workers and they brought the food to us within five minutes of our order. Highly recommend using the water/soda machine. Very good. We dined in but they also have a drive thru such as other fast food restaurants. It was only about five dollars a meal per person but we got their specials.
