From the semi-twin ladies opening the doors for us, to the fun atmosphere, to the great food. They compt' my wife's dessert 'cause it was her birthday and made a GREAT Bloody Mary! But even better than all of that was our server, Racquel T. She was fantastic! She was very friendly, made us feel right at home, was chatty but didn't waste time, she knew the menu very well, even though she said she was relatively new. “Roots is the best! Even when you have to wait for a table it’s WORTH IT! Sometimes they are super busy and it’s a small place so I give them grace! Servers are attentive and friendly and as mentioned by a reviewer below, “servers (are) walking by regularly”, so you know you can get help whenever you need it. “We celebrated our 50th anniversary at this particular Chop House in Exton. Excellent service, incredible food, delicious beverages. We ordered appetizers, and specialty drinks, our server Orville was so attentive and definitely knew the menu. The general manager, Maureen stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary and make sure everything was as it should be. The service and food exceeded our expectations, it always does. Maureen seems to be an amazing role model to her staff, she is the manager, but you definitely find her with “hands on”, it’s incredibly obvious how much respect they have for her. Our main entree was prepared perfectly. Dessert was not only perfect in presentation it was delicious! I cannot say enough about this location. “Two Stones pub is a great place. The food is amazing and the service is superb. We stopped in for a quick bit, a party of five. We were seated and chatting amongst our selves for a little while and our server approach our table and proactively apologized for the wait and offered to comp an item on our bill for the inconvenience of the wait. We hadn’t complained at all, this is just example of Two Stones caring to provide an outstanding customer experience and being self aware of the service they provide. All of our food was amazing and the service was top tier. They earned a loyal customer in me for their above and beyond service.“

The waiter said it would take a bit for food, yet in came out in less than 15 minutes. Then for the food; the main I had was the classic cheeseburger. It had double smash parties and the parties had a juicy meat. The burger sauce was terrific, flavorful, yet not overwhelmingly. I did not drink any of the beer but it is made on site. According to someone I know the best beer was the "Pineapple Resin". 10/10 can't wait to come again!“

“I've eaten here every Wednesday for the last 10 years. I live 90 mins away but drive through the area every week and I make sure to stop here every time. I'm very picky when it comes to pizza. I like pizza that's thin and crispy and theirs is consistent every single time. I've eaten pizza from well over a 1,000 pizza places and this is one of the very very few I eat at consistently.Their crust is really good and I love their garlic knot. I've tried a lot of their pizza and have never disliked any of it. The prices are fair, the service is always great I'm always met by friendly staff members and have never had a bad experience here.“

“This is a really nice place to stop by and grab something to eat, super casual and laid back and the outdoor area is dog friendly. They even brought my buddy some water, the service was excellent. I highly recommend the onion soup and Reuben sandwich. My husband ordered the Carolina pulled pork sandwich and it was also really good. The drinks are on the pricier side, $14 for a hot cider so definitely something to keep in mind when ordering. The food was fairly priced. Overall i recommend this place and definitely would return.“

“A nice little pizza shop, I’m happy to have found today at work. They serve a crisp thin crust pizza that isn’t too heavy on the sauce or cheese, and therefore not overly greasy as well. (I know pizza is subjective but that’s exactly how I like it). I thought it was delicious and will likely try a sandwich next time. I’d love to see a chicken ceasar wrap on the menu someday, but there’s plenty of options there now. Very friendly people, and fair prices too. It appears to be take-out only, but there’s a few outdoor tables for nice weather. Ample parking, order from the kiosk inside, credit accepted/cash appreciated. Highly recommended.“

Consistency is a very strong point of this place: the flavor of the meats, the portion size, and especially the execution (crispiness) of fried items is consistently great order after order. Huge bonus points for being one of the rare affordably-priced restaurants in the WC area AND for their weekend tamales. 10/10 would recommend.Dietary restrictions: Their homemade corn tortillas are amazing, can be used all throughout the menu, and perfect for the gluten-free crowd.“

“I can not give enough stars to rate our experince today. 1st of all t Joseph the owner allowed our group of 11 to come in 1 hour before opening hours. We placed our appetizers and meals the night before. ( Interesting idea) Then today when we had arrived they had us set up on the 2nd floor. Very private. Jenn and the other servers did an AMAZING job of catering to our needs as they gave us PHENOMENAL service. The appetizers went over just as expected . There was nothing left of them as the entrees were ready to be delivered to the tables. The food was AWESOME. Perfectly seasoned and the meats were very tender and delicious. Deserts were scrumptious to say the least. They have their own bakery !!!! I will tell you now if you dont give this place a chance to amaze you , well you wont be able to blame me. “When I get a load to Coatesville, PA I know I’m going to be eating good for the next few days. A trip to Coatesville means the best pizza ever and a 12 in hoagie that is amazing usually but sometimes mistakes get made but it’s not an unforgivable mistake. I ordered my usual medium meat lovers pizza adding Canadian bacon, mushrooms and black olives and the special Italian hoagie which has pepperoni, capicola, Genoa salami, prosciutto and provolone cheese adding tomatoes, onions, pickles, bacon, mayo, spicy mustard, vinegar and oil and herein lies the mistake made today instead of the special Italian I got the American which is ham, Genoa salami, cooked salami, and American cheese with all my extras. I had it delivered so I’m stuck with the sandwich but they made it up to me by refunding the money I paid for it so I try a new sandwich for free. Little Anthony’s Pizza in Coatesville is the best and they are very friendly people that know the true meaning of customer service.“

My husband and I went here for a birthday dinner with another couple and we were treated like royalty from the second we walked in - if I could give unlimited stars for service, I would - our server, Julie (Jules?) was AMAZING. She was so very personable and friendly, without being intrusive. She had answers to everything we asked, from questions about the menu to the history of the restaurant. The food was so good, the four of us all got different appetizers, main dishes, and desserts and we shared them all - every one was just as good if not better than the one before. As an added bonus, the menu was not at all overpriced which is such a nice surprise these days. I'm sorry this was such a long post, but it was just such a wonderful dinner that I feel like I could gush on and on - so stop reading me and go here!!“
