“What an accommodating business. We gave the wonderful people a 4 hour notice that we had a table of 12, and they made everything happen. The food was fantastic, and the wait staff did a great job. The pasta, buger, pizza, pasta, and appetizers were all very good. Jeff is a fantastic owner, and the community is lucky to have this unique establishment.”

“Crispy chicken salad to go for roughly $10. It was good. Has beets, onions, cheese, chicken, tomatoes, shoestring fries. I ordered mine without tomato. It's a small cozy place. Everyone was nice & friendly. It was my first time trying it & I'll be going back for sure. I was able to park on the road but spaces are limited. Might have to park at the garage & walk about a block”

Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian (but was previously involved with one). Great selection of vegetarian options beyond the salads that other places list as vegetarian options.

Parking: Plenty of parking, but I did have to take a loop to find a spot. Definitely a good way to judge the wait time if you are "starving."”

We’ve had huge salads, hot & saucy wings, stuffed-to-the-gills stromboli, bubbling pizza by the slice, and tonight, a pepperoni roll that is our new favorite (so cheesy and crusty!)”

The service was great! Our server was very nice and although it took a while to get our food (it was very busy so I understand) she kept checking on us and was very friendly and helpful.
She even gave us free cookies as we left since it was our first time visiting.
The salad bar looked very good, though we didn't eat from it.
I had the chicken Alfredo and it was really good!”

My daughter took me to this subway location to treat me for my birthday. Everything about it was amazing!

The workers were very polite and working hard on all orders coming in. Cookies and chips available.

Restaurant was spotless and once all orders were filled, the workers was back at it, washing down counters, cleaning up…

The sandwiches are delicious. We really enjoyed our meal. Will definitely be back!

It is impossible to find another location in town that comes close to approaching the quality of food in the first place, but the sheer variety of food means that you will always be coming back for more.... and just when you think you know the whole menu, seasons change and they bring in even more goodies. UBC has been my first choice for a nice dinner for years now and I can't see them losing that spot anytime soon. Top marks.”

“I usually never leave reviews for restaurants but my experience the 3 times I’ve eaten at this restaurant didn’t sit well with me. Food was always made to perfection but the bartender JAMIE C never seemed to want to serve me nor have any hospitality. I try to give workers the benefit of the doubt but her attitude / personality was VERY bland ,therefore I didnt feel the need to tip. Hope she’s not like this with everyone”

“Have always had a positive experience Primanti's restaurant, I personally like there personal pan pizza the dough is so flavorful and tasty, my wife likes their chicken sandwich and with it you get an abundance of their killer fries, they have the best fries bar none in he area. The sport tv's add to the atmosphere.”
