“Andrew welcomed us in and we were the only Ones in the restaurant on a Friday morning. He helped us parse through the menu and pick some items. We ordered the kidney beans and cassava leaf via his recommendation and both plates came with a generous platter of rice. It was enough for four people to get full our total bill was less than 30, I really great experience an amazing food. Next time I want to come back and try the fufu soho.“
“F.A.I. is a good representation of African food as many residents in the freshman hall are of African descent. Talking to some of my residents they seem to feel as though there is not much representation of Africans around campus when it comes to restaurants. It has some delicious African food. There has also been a huge racial charge against the African community. This would be a good restaurant. My residents should try to enjoy the African culture instead of throwing racist/micro-aggressive comments around.“
“African food is definitely delicious and one of my favorite. I give this restaurant 5 stars because they have a vegan option on their menu and the food is delicious. Keep up the great work.Vegetarian options: If you are vegetarian or vegan and you would like to try African food, this is the restaurant for you.“
“Oh, I love love love this restaurant! I usually don’t leave reviews on restaurants but this right here deserves all the stars there is. They are low key mute on marketing but that’s simply because good food sells on its own. I am so glad I found them. I ordered for Egusi and let me start by stating that I am careful where I eat Egusi, because sometimes, it makes me want to throw up. Heck, I can’t even eat the one I cook by myself but this restaurant nailed it! Love love love it!“
“Everything is good, the peanut butter soup, egusi, fufu, Dibi, potato green, cassava, attheke, the chicken, the fish, goat and jollof… everything ?Parking: Google the menu and order before hand. Try whatever sounds goodKid-friendliness: My kids love the food too“
“one of my favorite bars! staff has always been friendly and accommodating. big fan of their outdoor space, the ethopian cheesesteak, split lentil wot, and goden tibs. sometimes on busier nights it can be a bit of a wait for food and service as the staff is small, but I think its well worth it for what you get! love this place :-)“
“This African Restaurant did not disappoint! My friends rant and raved about this place and so I came, I saw, and devoured the savory Yassa Chicken which was so delicious, with the red/jollof rice to complement! The spicy, hearty dish is made of tender boneless chicken with tasty onions and peppers. I will be back to try the tilapia fish which I tasted from my friend's plate and will be my next dish. The 2 ladies at the restaurant were so pleasant and welcoming and the atmosphere was cozy. If I could give a recommendation, is to have some ginger juice with the option to add sugar. I would have probably purchased 2 drinks! I plan to come back!! ?“
“For a Saturday night, not wildy busy for how delicious the food was! Only 3-4 other groups there at the same time we were. Patient staff. Everything we ate was delicious.
