“Lovely Little Spot. I Can Genuinely Seh.....It Likkle But It Tallawah!!! Atmosphere was welcoming, the home cooking aroma greeted you at the door. The presentation was satisfying and limitless. Everything was fresh and available. Greeted and served by Ms. Dulette herself who was extremely polite and hospitable. Couldn't resist the good food and conversation. Curry goat had me feening for some more 'Billy' , Rice and peas 'Shell Dung' and the Callaloo was rich like 'American Money.....green goodness. “It was our first time visiting CSC and I must we felt at home. The owner is welcome and very pleasant. Aunty can cook!!! The chow mein was masta, the bake and salt fish had lots of flavor, and homemade chicken curry that tastes just like mom's. I'll definitely visit again and recommend this restaurant to friends and family.“

SA CAFE and Lounge Caribbean • $$

“Oh, I love love love this restaurant! I usually don’t leave reviews on restaurants but this right here deserves all the stars there is. They are low key mute on marketing but that’s simply because good food sells on its own. I am so glad I found them. I ordered for Egusi and let me start by stating that I am careful where I eat Egusi, because sometimes, it makes me want to throw up. Heck, I can’t even eat the one I cook by myself but this restaurant nailed it! Love love love it!“

“They are the best Jamaican restaurant i know so far. Food is consistently good, staff is very pleasant, prices are reasonable ? ? so,yesterday I had a taste for yams. I ordered a small white meat jerk chicken, white rice n stew chicken gravy, yams and a side of Mac n cheese. Usually, they show you your food.We skipped that part and I had collard greens instead of yams. I was so sad, although the greens were really delicious ?“

“It’s Valentines Day and my partner stopped by Sheba’s to pick up our dinner and my my my, this food is delicious. It was still when we he got home with my BBQ Salmon with rice and beans, greens and candied yams.Everything individually has flavor. The rice is cooked just rice; not mushy or crunchy. Great portion size of salmon and not drowning in sauce. The greens seasoned and not spicy. I have had greens from other restaurants where they make the greens spicy. It was a pleasant surprise not to have a “kick” to my greens. The candied yams were nice and soft and now drowning in syrup. Just the way I like it.I look forward to trying something else on the menu.“

“What a great find. Friendly service, cute place with large tables that can accommodate a big group and great food. They prepared something special for my vegan diet which was a carribean inspired lentil dish over rice with a little heat and delicious plantains and my husband had the Cuban jibarito and deep fried corn. All the plants are so beautiful! Check this place out.Vegetarian options: They were more than happy to modify a dish to be vegan so I imagine it would be just as easy for vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Large space, fun atmosphere.“

“This was my first excursion into the cuisine of Latin America, but more like Latin fusion. If your palette craves new experiences, Paladar is an amusement park of tasteful indulgences with flavors, smells and tastes that delight. We were so taken that we all shared our dishes with, "Oh, wow! You gotta try this!" From starters to entres to desserts to mixed drinks, our first time won Paladar many return visits. From the ambiance to the enthusiastic wait staff to the amazing speed in which the entres were served, Bravo Paladar. You did it right!Vegetarian options: Hardly any true vegetarian options.Parking: Depending on when you get there, parking can be hard to find as choice spots fill up at dinner hour and prolly worse Fridays and Saturdays. To save time, park at Wegmans and walk a minute or two to Paladar.“

“I love Zion's Cuisine. It is a neighborhood gem and I will miss it if/ when I move out. I usually get brown stew chicken, beef stew, or pepper steak. The food is affordable, delicious, and healthy, and a large platter is good for 2-3 big meals (I do use rice from home to stretch it). Zion's is my go-to when I don't have the time or energy to make something decent for myself. No restaurant review is complete without a criticism, so: I wish they made it clear what is available each day. This goes for all Jamaican spots, but it seems like every day there is something they don't have. Knowing what's available with an updated list (instead of an interrogation at the order counter) would also give me the opportunity to try dishes I haven't before, such as their soups and breakfast items. Also, although their cabbage is the best Jamaican cabbage I've ever had, when I get cabbage and greens as sides I wish they would put my greens in the little slot for sides instead of always the cabbage. I end up with enough cabbage for two meals but only one meal worth of greens. Maybe greens are more expensive for them.. I will ask to pay extra for this next time and see what they say.Overall, Zion's is my favorite restaurant in the area and I am already looking forward to the next time I fall woefully behind on my food prep.Dietary restrictions: Easy to eat gluten- and dairy-free“

“Great food! We had the jerk chicken and the surf and turf. The portions were huge and well worth the money. Slightly disappointed that they were out of plantains, but the other side dishes were very good. The cocktails were ok and on the cheaper side.“

“Wonderful place for a nice romantic meal!Hubz and I decided to try this place for an anniversary lunch. Although you wouldn't be able to tell from outside, this is a nice, quiet little gem.We were seated immediately by our waiter. (I must say, I was surprised that the only waiter in this black establishment was white), just something I noticed. He was really nice and welcoming.Their menu can be found online by scanning a QR.It's pretty straightforward. They have a nice selection of creative dishes. We ordered some wings for appetizers.I ordered Shrimp and Chicken Rasta Pasta. Hubz ordered the fish and waffles dish. He got a ginger beer, and I got a tropical ginger juice. The meal was delicious! Everythingwas seasoned and cooked perfectly!Compliments to the chef! 5 ?After our meal, the owner (I believe) came by and told us about a Valentines Day event they were having with a live band and specials.Along with all my normal ones, we had to take a pic with our waiter as well because he was so friendly.“
