The service is what you'd expect when the person serving you is also making your food. No matter how busy, she still found a way to check on us and make sure we were good, but a small wait is worth the food. The staff was professional in the situation and handled in such a way that the customer left pleased with the results.My pizza was excellent with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Last evening I had a buffalo chicken cheese steak that was definitely one of the best I ever had. Tonight I ordered the Cheese Steak Special. I've received a lot of these within orders for dashing. “It does not matter how many places we try, the Catty Corner is our go to neighborhood restaurant. It is not dark and dingy like Race Street, there isn't a young bartender with severe control issues like Hammerhead (she is really MEAN), and you don't feel like you are in a loud cave like Grove Street ALL while being ignored. The employees all say hello and smile (ALL ~ kitchen and counter staff, drivers, waitresses and bartenders, the owners). They consistently work together to ensure a satisfying experience and the food is great. Even the outside dj's are personable and bring a positive energy. More places should model the Catty Corner.“

It honestly looked like it was cooked more than once. It didn’t look fresh at all. Money in the trash because that’s were the over cooked chicken went.“

“It was our first time here. When we arrived at 6 on a Friday, it was about 1/4 full. When we left at 8, it was full. The food is good quality, and made in house. I had the lobster ravioli in a blush cream sauce. It was delicious. Lots of lobster and the sauce is creamy and delicious. The ravioli were homemade and cooked al dente. My husband had spaghetti and meatballs with the house made marinara sauce. It was very fresh tasting without any sweetness. Entrees come with warm Italian bread and butter and a house salad. I prefer salad in a wide bowl or on a plate. It as a delicious salad but the bowl it came in was too small. They make their own dressing and the balsamic vinaigrette was excellent. Bryne was our waitress. She was alone in the dining room and excellent. She timed everything perfectly and was very friendly and efficient. We recommend this restaurant. It’s a bit out of the way, but worth it. They are BYOB. Their prices are very reasonable and the portion enough for at least 2 meals.“

“They upgraded the whole place and it's just great. They got rid of the stage and put in large TVs. The seating areas are more comfy and clean. New games. New ticketing system. Only downfall is that you need over 1000 tickets in order to get something cool, otherwise your child has to pick from the small candy or toy selection. For $30, you get 1 hour of play time and of course there are other play time options from 30 min, 2 hours, etc. I've never done it by points because each game costs a specific amount of points, so if you go, I would suggest to do it by the hour. The only other downfall is that they are hardly staffed. That could be due to the volume of business but still, to wait over 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to order a pizza is too much. As for the food, I love me some chuck e cheese pizza. That garlic crust....hmmm hmmm. Rainy day? Perfect spot.“
