Got a chicken strip basket and asked for extra gravy. Didn't get it. My toast was burnt and not buttered. No one behind me in the drive thru until after I had paid, so they weren't busy and had quite a few employees talking, so they seemed to be adequately staffed.
After a long wait these were the dipped cones we were given. Most embarrassing job I have seen at a DQ!
No employees wearing masks this evening! When I inquired about them, the person working the drive through said they couldn’t wear them because of the “bleach water” that they use. Even serving customers at tables w/o masks and the person that appeared to be the manager didn’t have one on either.
