“Picture if you can going back in time to an era when there was major industry in the valley. Elrama Generating Station was running full bore as well as West Penn Power and the mines were open supplying coal to these giant power houses Well that era is gone!!! But not the people, they still come get drunk and swing down memory lane. A patron played a song on the juke box " Country Road" by John Denver. Everyone in the place sang along and smiled a simple song for simple people Beware of the bartender though she skims 5/30/2018 The sign is back on!!!! Come on in, enjoy a cold beer on a hot day“

“This was my first time here. I highly recommend. The environment was friendly and full of different groups of people having a blast. Some were watching the game on the big TV's, some were playing the available board games. The music was poppin'!!! People of all ages were there which I thought was cool. Everyone was having a blast and I will be back. Staff was friendly and helpful!“

“I am so glad I found this place! It’s a neat little bar with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and great music. As soon as I walked in, the owner greeted me and took the time to help me pick out a cigar. He made suggestions for me based on what I normally smoke and the cigar I chose was excellent. Most folks in there seemed to be regulars and we all had great conversation. In my experience, some cigar bars can be a bit pretentious or intimidating but this place is quite the opposite - it’s got a Cheers bar feel and everyone is down to earth. It’s not very often you sit down and chat with the owner of an establishment. Whether you’re a regular cigar smoker or a newbie, this bar is the place to be. The prices are phenomenal as well. “Right on walnut street! I was out with a friend and he suggested this place, I was there like 25+ years ago when it had another owner. So we went in, got some beers, and ordered. Beers came quick and cold! My friend ordered a hot turkey with gravy and fries, I ordered a hot ham and cheese. Side of bacon covered cheese fries....excellent! Prices were good, as was all the food and drink! I highly recommend this place. Don't miss out!“

“Arsenal has some of my favorite ciders! They have a wide range of flavors from very dry to sweet. I personally love the ginger cider. They also serve a variety of tasty sandwiches. The pastrami is delicious. There’s also the option to sit outside on their roof deck during the warmer months. Cheers!“

“Great neighborhood place to have a drink and quick bite, hear a live band on the weekends or shoot a game of pole during the week. Outdoor deck area for smoking you can bring your drink on the deck just don't walk off the deck with your alcohol. Plenty of parking available and usually a decent crowd.“

“Unassuming, but good. The valuation is actually spot on which seems rare anymore. If your on the trail or in the river it's is very much worth the trip across the tracks. Dare I say it's the best breakfast on the trail between PIT or DC. I'm going 4 stars because it's a bit of an outlier that's under reviewed and deserves a bit more attention. If you can appreciate small town grit this is it.“

“Absolutely A Great Place to stop for a quick drink or two...The place is beautifully clean including the bathrooms and the staff is super friendly also the food is delicious and not expensive like other bars/restaurants. I AM glad that I made a great decision on getting the membership during my first visit so I can come regularly without a escort from another member. P.S., The smoking room is outside in the back in a little patio area, which is great even for a smoker like me as I don't like the smell of smoke while I eat and all over my clothes.“

“Love this local place. Great "bar" food. Wings are the best anywhere. And the buff chick dip is yummy too. Only thing that affects negatively is when the door to the bar (smoking) area is left open or opened frequently because that smell comes through dining area. But still love this place. “I hosted a party in the upstairs room over the weekend and it was fantastic. The food was great exactly what we asked for and everyone went above and beyond. Our bartender Chelsi was awesome. Courtney was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back! The new owner has made so many improvements it just keeps getting better!“

“Wow! talk about a hidden gem. This is a super awesome dive bar with uncanny food. I kid you not, I'll put theses sandwiched with anything in the city. I had a $15 burger for under $10. The owner is the chef, and he's got it down perfect. He even came to our table to make sure he laced the sandwiches...which he did. Great drinks, great service, unbelievable food! unbelievable value. Fish sandwiches on Mancini's is most definitely worth the trip.??“

My only complaint is that this place is a smoking bar. Unfortunately, as much as I enjoyed my time here, smoking is a dealbreaker for me. “I rented the back room for a surprise birthday party for my son and nephew. Many of updates very clean. Rachel was very helpful with everything!!! Bartenders were very pleasant!!!!! We had over 70 people for the party. No one waited long at all for a drink. We had nothing but complaints from everyone who came to the party!! Thanks again Rachel and bartenders !!!!! “it was a great place to go until tonight when we went to dinner the service we received from the waitress was fantastic the food was fantastic but when we went to leave we stopped to play one of the games and ended up being harassed by I guess one of there drunk customers. the sad thing about the situation is one of the owners sat there and let it go on. the guy was very aggressive to us wanting to fight all we did was sit down to play one of the machines and didn't realize the volume was on low. this guy pushed his way in between me and my brother put his hand in the machine and lowered the volume he could of just asked us so my brother told him not to put his hand on the machine and he went off now one of the owners were sitting by him letting this go on. he kept going back to the bar and the machine. he made a comment that we played the machine because we saw him playing it. we were in the table area. as we were leaving we walk by him and he yells oh leaving without fighting me. then he was running his mouth with the f word now the owner is still sitting there letting this go on. I started walking back towards the guy and the owner stops me and said you were leaving so leave. then there was a lady sitting at the same table and she got up and talked to us and walked us out. she was very nice. then there was another drunk woman at the bar and as we were leaving she started running her mouth. I never expected this kind of behavior in this restaurant it was always so peaceful and enjoyable. so I guess here it shows that you must have to be a drunk to get appreciated for you patronizing Coaches. very sad have to find another place now.“

“The atmosphere was laid back and relaxed. The food was amazing. We had wings, a steak hoagie, and onion rings. The Wings were cooked just right. The bartender and cook were very friendly. Drinks are not expensive. We met the new owner. He thanked us for trying his place out and even bought us a drink.“
