“This place is awesome! Their food is way better in quality/taste, quantity, and price over Lilly's / Gugu in Kennett Square. They have a HUGE sushi selection! Their restaurant is small comparatively but very nice with several hibachi tables for groups. The staff is super courteous. The ONLY reason service isn't a 5 star is because they are generally short staffed, which isn't entirely their fault, but can cause delays on to-go orders.Vegetarian options: Let them know what you want and they'll make itDietary restrictions: Let them know your restrictions and they will accommodate“

“This is my go to place for take out sushi. Great food. Great service. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend. My go to items are the rainbow roll, red lover roll, salmon avocado roll and crunchy salmon roll. Their calamari and crab Rangoon are also good.“

“Red chicken Curry, green chicken Curry, fried pork goyza( dumplings) and prince charming sushi roll. all excellent even for 15 minute takeout drive. we really enjoy this place. I have tried many warm sushi rolls and enjoyed every one. service is great too.“

“My family held a private gathering in the back room of Lily on Sunday, October 29, 2023. The entire restaurant knocked our event out of the park. The food was fanastic - appetizers and entrèes - and our guests are still telling us how delicious everything was. Our waitress, Nicole, and our waiter were superb. They handled all the details and were one step ahead on everything. We are so grateful for all that everyone at Lily did to make our party so special. I highly recommend reserving the back room for your next gathering or event. They definitely know what they're doing!!“

As a child I enjoyed these two things and since the restaurant I adored closed down years ago, I have not been able to find anything that resembled the way they tasted, it’s difficult to find a substitute for a favorite. “We love to pick up happy hour sushi from 2-4:30. The crunchy roll is our absolute favorite sushi roll. The incredible roll is pretty much a hairy Mexican, another staple for us. We also always get the gyoza-basically the fried dumpling version of a chicken nugget.“

“The service was great and the overall atmosphere was nice. The food portion was bigger and more generous than other ramen places. The broth was good but a little salty. The meat in it was pan-fried, so it was tough and too dry for ramen. You get the whole egg in the soup, instead of only half the egg xD.“

“The atmosphere was nice, everyone seemed happy. Our food took a bit too long to arrive, but when it finally did, it was delicious and entertaining to watch get made. It took a while for them to bring the bill and sing happy birthday to our son as we were leaving. The hostess asked if it was his birthday, then they came to sing to us. Overall, it was okay.“

“This was our first time at Kyoto Japanese Restaurant. The sushi was terrific and service was very attentive and prompt. We had the vegetarian spring rolls, then both the Kyoto roll and Exception roll. All were beautifully prepared by the sushi chef. They also have a bar which is a nice plus. I got a Zombie which was tasty and potent! The restaurant atmosphere and decor is very pleasant and mellow. We definitely will be back!“
