This team handled at least 3 situations with grace during my visit today. There was an upset customer who placed an order at a different location and was mad which was not the baristas fault and they remained calm and handled the situation well while dealing with a "karen" of a customer. i used to work here and when i tell you that the staff is busting their butts i mean it. in terms of the complaints about mobile orders coming out before cafe, that’s really not on us. starbucks has a policy that we have to get mobile drinks out in a certain amount of time. I visited this location on St. Patrick’s day and it was very busy. The level of professionalism and hard work displayed by the staff was top notch. They went above and beyond to help the customers and handled many situations with the utmost kindness and respect to every customer.
