“I visited this location on St. Patrick’s day and it was very busy. The level of professionalism and hard work displayed by the staff was top notch. They went above and beyond to help the customers and handled many situations with the utmost kindness and respect to every customer. I witnessed Lillian welcome regulars with a smile and provide excellent service, I got the chance to briefly speak with her and she was so kind and compassionate. However, every team member was equally lovely even though I did not get their names. It was inspiring to see how the team communicated and supported each other as orders kept piling in.“

The guy that was making the drinks worked so hard, however I do wish that there were more workers especially so that more orders could go out to the customers. “Genuinely the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. I would’ve taken a better photo if I knew how much I was about to love it. I don’t know how it was made to be so flavorful, but it was absolutely delicious. So many breakfast joints just slap together ingredients onto a bagel/bread and it doesn’t meld together at all. But this was perfect! You could definitely tell it was made with quality ingredients. The cheese and bacon were especially delicious. I added guacamole and that tasted excellent too. Service was great as well. Just be expected to wait a little bit if you come on the weekends. It can get crowded. Will definitely be back soon.“

Many people would just stow it for when the person came back. The 412 was delicious, and the muffin he gave me actually wound up being chocolate, but I didn't realize till I got to my car. “Patti's Pasticceria is a family-owned Italian-American bakery. Its menu includes breakfast pastries, cookies, cupcakes, rolls, specialty cakes (e.g., wedding, anniversary, birthday, and graduation), and even non-baked goods such as soups and espresso drinks. Prices are reasonable. For Easter, my family purchased a chocolate cake, a white cake, a strawberry pie, and lady-lock cookies from Patti's. My family members and I thought that these desserts were fresh and tasted good, but we prefer the flavors of desserts from a few other bakeries. I would feel happy to try many of Patti's other desserts, including her cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, apple strudels, cold-dough apricot cookies, s'mores cookies, cheesecake, carrot cake, sfogliatelle, etcetera. They did not seem interested in helping you/giving suggestions and just weren’t as friendly as I would expect a local coffee shop to be? I think they are in the process of remodeling so the inside of the shop is mostly blocked off from use except for 2 tables. The first time I was there they had the old bank vault open with the lights on (really cool), but the second time I was there it was all shut off (pretty bummed as I was trying to show someone new the coffee shop).I’ve had a couple different lattes and all were pretty good. I will be going back for sure.Only (small) complaint is that my plate had like 8 chips which felt like an afterthought and not a side.If you've never been, it can be a surprise to see a menu that's basically just crepes (sweet or savory) and omelettes. “This was a mixed bag. There were 8 of us. Parking is sufficient, right off 88, not hard to find. Easy wheelchair access. After ordering, you seat yourself. They don't take reservations. Waitresses bring your drinks & food to the table. You order at a cafeteria counter, but the food is upscaled. They smoke their own meats outside in the parking lot. The menu is varied with brisket & pulled pork as the smoked products served in familiar as well as new formats like a pulled pork taco. Smelled great, but I was determined to try the buttered lobster roll. It was amazing! Small, tender bun stuffed with the meat of 1 lobster all in butter, unfortunately I did bite into a small bit of shell. Hubby tried the lentil, ham, veggie soup. It was a pretty large bowl & really good. His entree was a shaved ribeye sandwich, also excellent, although I thought it could have had more meat. Crispy, salted waffle fries were terrific. Others had burger, small plate salmon dinner, crab cake - everyone was pleased. The desserts were not very good. Creme Brulee & cheesecake were good, cookies & brownies were hard, not good.Overall, I would go back again. Next trip I will be trying those tacos.“

“Dino Cuturic, mate, I think you're the one doing the screeching in the comments. Calm down. Firstly, if you took a basic middle school physics class, you would realize the human voice doesnt have a high enough frequency to shatter a thick water glass (unless u were drinking water in a wine glass), your concerns were useless ;) Oh, and I do understand sarcasm.Anyways Ive deleted my comment because well, I really dont care, I'll let you have your 5 star rating back Tahsin ;), and Google will probably take down your descriptive story telling comments because they're deemed irrelevant. Also just in case you didn't realize Dino, its almost verbal bullying, using the words you used (banshee). I ain't calling you out personally dude, you gotta chill. You're the one screeching here. Also pls dont call me lady, it makes me feel old when I'm not even 21.Anyways, have a good easter, if you celebrate it. Of course I will delete this comment if you take down yours too, I mean Google will eventually take all these comments down anyways since its not relevant to the busines, since I removed the original review and yall are making it personal. If not, guess who's the real vindictive person, as yall say in your comments, (Hint : its not me, because I peacefully took down my comment on the disrespectful service, as I might have over exaggerated it ;) )“

“I've eaten at Delaney's just one other time and was very happy with the food. I stopped in today for a coffee and treat. I got the almond croissant but was prepared to be disappointed. Too often, when I've purchased almond croissants elsewhere, I find that there isn't enough almond filling.Well, let me just say that I was not disappointed today! The filling went almost to the very end on both sides of the croissant and there was plenty spread all throughout. The croissant is flaky but I wouldn't have cared if it had the density of a bagel. The filling did it for me.Good coffee, service felt a smidgeon slow but it i was in and out in less than 10 minutes so, that was just me. And, the people at the counter were just lovely-- very polite, professional, and pleasant.I would definitely recommend Delaney's for coffee and a treat to start the day. Or for lunch.“

“My first time in Pittsburgh and was brought to this awesome little spot on Butler St. Great selection of new and vintage tables which made for a fun hang on a rainy afternoon. You can grab a coffee or BYOB and make the rounds on some well maintained tables.“

“Friendliest staff and management. Beyond super nice. The coffee is also literally some of the best I've had in the States. Plus, it's bird friendly! You hear a lot of banter about supposedly eco-friendly products. Ask them about it - this is actually eco-friendly in a way that is beneficial to the forests, wildlife, and humans alike. We met at a bird show, I bought a few bags - and they are just the best! I'm a regular now. Stopping by soon for another restock.“

“It was a rainy day. But, hey, what a cool and unique place Biddle's is! It was easy parking, but I'm thinking if it was a brilliant day, parking would be tight. PS. All tables were full. But, we got one, and spent 2 hours talking. A latte lasted a long time, 2 hours, which might say a bunch about the coffee. It wasn't memorable. The water was good. The food looked good, but I wasn't feeling hungry. An eclectic and semi-Bohemian atmosphere...very cool outdoor tent with a cozy seating setup. Cushy old chairs, sofas, interesting lighting.Only truly negative thing, was that the little female Barista, who was backed up...barked at me, because I checked a drink by picking it up to read who's it was. Before I even had a second to set it back, I was scolded. Oh well. ?I'll go back when it's convenient not because I loved it, or it treated me specially. You might like it. It was unique.“

“I'm so happy to live within walking distance of such a nice coffee shop! They have lots of really great options for coffee, food, and pastries. The cinnamon rolls are great, the breakfast sandwich is the perfect weekend treat, and their rotating seasonal drinks always hit it out of the park. Plus the mayan mocha is a must.“

“Best bagel shop in Pittsburgh as far as I'm concerned! Delicious bagels with generous toppings and friendly service. Get there early if you don't want lines. Y'all should consider adding an egg bagel to the menu because my partner loves them and she would be really happy if you did ? Keep up the good work! Yinz are a staple of the community ??“

“We absolutely loved our vegan wedding cake from The Butterwood Bake Consortium for our Summer 2023 wedding. The team at Butterwood Bake Consortium was kind and communicative. Our two-tiered orange olive oil cake with vanilla semi-naked buttercream was so delicious and the florals were the perfect touch for our wedding theme!
