I wouldn't say fantastic. had the 3 meat platter, pulled pork, ribs and brisket. pork was real tasty and tender. brisket was basic and dry. not very juicy, I had to put sauce on it, which I normally wouldn't do with a quality cooked brisket. the ribs were very dry. I got the wet ribs and they weren't juicy at all. the middle was tender but on the verge of being dry. the ends were almost crispy dry. the portions were big but that doesn't matter when the food is just ok. I tried the wife's smoked turkey plate. it was good didn't get the bourbon flavor from it, but I was still tasting the ribs in my mouth. the sides were very good. the beans had alot of pulled pork and flavor, the fries were crisp . The service was good, they forgot about my wifes beer and apparently brought the one that was sitting there for about 10 minutes waiting to be picked up but other than that the waitress was attentive. I would say if you're hungry and you really really want BBQ, then go. I just wish there were more options in scranton. the place In Tunkhannock is the better option but the hours don't work for dinner.“

“Food was REALLY good BUT the oxtails were too spicy. EVERYTHING was on point from the cabbage , rice and peas & plantains even the oxtails! Very tender but the spice can overpower it. Restaurant should consider whatever spice they include in them because oxtails aren’t supposed to be spicy. Overall great place and service !“

There were at least 3 girls at our table making sure everyone had what they needed. Sarah ; our main waitress was the most upbeat, happy person you could meet. The steak they served on steak night was absolutely delicious. The music lineup was great, the sound quality was top-notch, and the new stage setup was impressive, making the whole experience even better. Oh, and we also got to check out the release of a new song called "Violet" by a popular local artist named Ivy.
