I've given this place too many 2nd chances. Staff is always rude, I've never had a warm pretzel from here, order is almost always wrong (ask for unsalted and usually get salted). Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because it's still edible but still never going back.

The cinnabon has relocated here during covid-19. Glad to see they are still around. I love a good cinnabon for dessert. Passed on this today and went for a caramel apple across the way.
