Who doesn't love Starbucks? 4 stars for food, simply because they are always out of stock on items. Who ever does the ordering of inventory needs training. 4 stars for service because even though most employees are friendly, service can be a hit or miss at times.
I don't go to Starbucks that often, that being said when I place my order I could come off very confusing. Ordering my drink was simple but my drink did not taste how I wanted it to. I asked the employee Neil about my order he then explained to me what I wanted & how to order it for next time in a clam nice respectful manner and also fixed my drink! Neil was great !!!

I always have a good experience when I go to the Whitehall Starbucks on MacArthur Road in Pennsylvania. All of the Baristas that I have interacted with on the many occasions that I have visited there were always kind and considerate and made my orders to perfection. Plus, the establishment is always very clean and so are the bathrooms, at this Starbucks.
