Stopped for a "quick" cappuccino around 1:30 pm. After paying, noticed how far behind they were.4 people behind the counter, 3 "looking busy" only one person actually doing barista, and no one concerned about helping her out.After a 20 minute wait, finally got my $7 Carmel cappuccino WITHOUT the Carmel.Seriously!?!?!?

Ordered 5 coffees to go and it came to $41. Very good but a little pricey.
Worst experience I ever had with Starbucks . Barista Tim was very cocky when told the drink was not made correctly.Along with Izzy who. I Asked to speak to a supervisor and she remade my drink with attitude. Starbucks is all about the customer not at the Whitehall one . Maybe the district manger should see how her partners treat the customers .

Just ordered 3 Mocha Lattes and received 3 Hot Chocolates. Most expensive hot chocolate I ever had. How about some attention to detail. Caught this error when I arrived
I went this place Saturday morning 11/18 and my peppermint mocha was so cold , no flavor , just water and sugar , plus the baristas in charge doing this was so rude with her face and attitude. Very disappointed

It was my favorite place, but yesterday I ordered mint peppermint mocha and it tasted like water and sugar. It had no coffee. Staff needs to be trained again.

We tried to visit this Starbucks. The line for the drive thru was out the door so we went inside. Packed with people waiting for mobile order and a small line for in store ordering. We got in line and waited for 15-20 min to place our order and upon getting there, the cashier said it would be a 40 min wait for coffee!! The employees were working really hard but people had been waiting an hour and were angry. This location is inundated and they need help. I have never seen anything like it.
